I m so disappointed in my purchase first of all it took four weeks to arrive in which I emailed three times wanting to know where my order was and got no response when I eventually received my order the free bracelet that was promised didn t come in the order and the dress where do I begin is worse quality then what I d buy off of Temu for 1 200 down the bin no way to return the dress either don t waste your time photos on their site aren t of the dress you receive

This company is a scam I ordered my girlfriend a dress for her birthday and it was much too small and horrible quality when it arrived after a month and a half The shipping speed I understand as it comes from Australia I emailed them asking for a return and they said absolutely but told me I d have to pay the 40 for shipping I sent the dress back to the address they provided and waited And waited And waited Then I emailed them asking for an update Nothing I then reached out to my bank asking to reverse the charge since the tracking number said that it had been delivered but they wouldn t respond to my email or refund me My bank reached out to them and in response they told the bank that I never reached out to them and just sent the product back expecting a refund They also said that the product was used excessively which is crazy because my girlfriend tried it on for all of a minute or two before we packaged it back up Now I m out both the dress and 200 They are scammers with very poor customer support if you get the product and you like it great otherwise you re screwed
