Bought a watch and realized we didn t need it as my in-laws got one for us Contact customer support through email 6 times and 0 response Called the support number but nobody can ever answer No chat supportThis company is probably a scam no privacy policy detailing what they re doing with all the data they collect on literal children Very concerningI ve been trying to contact them since June and the only thing I got back from them was a marketing email asking if I wanted to buy new bands

ZERO Support Despite Paying Monthly Warranty Subscription Fee
I am writing to file a formal complaint against a company named Angel Watch regarding the unsatisfactory experience I have had with their product and services I have been a customer of Angel Watch for over a year and during this time I have encountered multiple issues with both their product and their customer service The key issues I wish to bring to your attention are as follows 1 Lack of Customer Support During Posted Business HoursFor the past two weeks I have called Angel Watch s customer support line daily during their posted business hours However each time I call I am greeted by an automated voice message instructing me to call back later with no option to leave a message This has been a consistent problem for the entire year I have owned the current device as well as with the first device I purchased from them I have also sent multiple emails to their support team but have yet to receive any response 2 Unfulfilled Warranty and Monthly Service ChargesI have been paying a monthly fee of 4 99 for an extended replacement and service warranty for the device Despite this I have not been able to reach anyone at Angel Watch to get the support promised under the warranty This lack of support has rendered the warranty I am paying for completely ineffective which is both frustrating and unacceptable 3 Misleading Website and False AdvertisingAngel Watch s website contains multiple claims about their product being guaranteed and endorsed by various organizations and periodicals It also showcases glowing 5-star reviews from so-called satisfied customers However upon further inspection the majority of the actual reviews ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE are 1-star and many customers cite the same issues that I have experienced technical difficulties and non-existent customer support Additionally their Frequently Asked Questions FAQs section is vague and does not provide meaningful answers to common concerns adding to the frustration of dealing with this company I find this situation extremely frustrating and disappointing It is evident that Angel Watch is failing to uphold their obligations both in terms of product quality and customer service which has left me and many other customers in an unsatisfactory position

Zero customer support Horrible experience
I purchased a Angel Watch for my child it arrived promptly but they d sent the wrong product It took over a month of persistence to get a reply to detail how to exchange the item Customer support phone number is never answered emails are never replied to online help portal is automated and comes no where I received a message via email to return the item at my own cost to a return address I posted the item recorded delivery for proof After a further two months of chasing down a confirmation that they had received the item and were going to deliver the replacement After 3 months of wasting my time with Angel Watch I submitted a case with my credit card company and received a full refund via them
