Purchased the DeWalt 18v impact driver selected next day am delivery upon the morning of expected delivery had a call from Todd at customer service to inform me they were out of stock at the main warehouse but had stock at another location so he refunded my initial delivery charge of 4 95 sent me the item the next day to be quite honest I rate this company better than some more well known companies they happily went out of their way to make sure I received the item sometimes items are out of stock which cannot be helped but I ve never had a problem here and would not hesitate to order again

Fantastic service I dont normally write reviews but I feel this warrants my time ordered late after noon arrived the next day well packaged and bang on time - rule of thumb people normally only leave a review when it s bad but not when it s a positive so I m here to change that i couldn t fault the service provided

Only two out of three items delivered

Only two out of three items delivered Exceptionally poor packaging that had to be repackaged by courier They did not mention anything about the missing third item either on the invoice despatch note or via email Indeed the despatch note claimed all three items were enclosed I then had to contact them via phone they didn t answer my emails to ask where the missing was The then sent me an email two days later saying it was out of stock and would take 7 to 10 days to be delivered Their website said it was in stock And had I not contacted them I m sure they would never had sent the missing item Nonetheless I waited for two weeks and still hadn t received missing item and so I emailed them again but three days later am yet to receive a reply I have now opened a PayPal dispute to obtain a refund I have had to sure the item from elsewhere as its holding me up on site So never again will I use Anglia Tool Centre because they are shockingly poor If I treated my customers like they do I would be out of work by the end of the month Avoid avoid avoid
