I ve bought from Anibiu a few times already and they have never let me down I ordered wigs from their website and every time they come perfectly packaged and very soft I would 100 recommend it to anyone because it s very affordable and good quality

I ordered already a lot on anibiu stores page Its always a new and good expirience to recieve new items The Quality of clothing and wig is perfect I use them for my daily life and cosplaying My driends love their page too and I ll keep ordering from them The shipping is very fast and their customer service is very quick and nice I had a problem with one of my dresses but they helped me out and everything arrived save I highly recommend Anibiu to anyone that s into cosplay or simply just likes to dress a bit more alternative Anibiu has never disappointed me and never will

Didn t have my item but gave a refund

Great customer service A little slow in their process but they were kind and responsive through the entire ordeal Ordered Pok mon sweatpants and about a week later I got an email saying they were out of stock I requested a refund and got an email confirmation within 10 minutes with a screenshot of proof of refund that was sent immediately to my PayPal account The person talking to me while spoke broken English was perfectly kind and handled my issues accordingly Great customer service and I would recommend just for that reason Stores who care about their customers are hard to find especially after dealing with so many terrible online shops Despite not having what I wanted how they handled everything is nothing short of 5 star

I ve purchased several wigs contacts and various accessories from Anibiu They always deliver my orders to me in a timely manner and they re always so incredibly adorable The wigs are very well pictured on their site so when you do order one you know exactly what you ll be getting Their products are high quality super cute and great for full on cosplayers to people that just like to dress up for fun or look cute Their products are always very well priced in comparison to some other cosplay sites and the quality is just as good if not better I highly recommend Anibiu to anyone that might be considering taking up cosplay or who may just want to buy something kawaii This is the place to do it

Transparent communication high quality

My experience with anibiu has been really nice They re very transparent and if I have an issue I send them an email They typically respond between two to three days if they re busy but nonetheless still get the job done and well In my collection I probably have over 6 wigs from them so far All are absolutely amazing I m super picky about the hair parts and anibiu s wigs have been high quality with hair parts that look pretty natural With a little styling the wigs are flawless Thank you Anibiu- Azumi

This is one of my favourite shops for wigs accessories and clothing for Cosplayers and others I ve bought several things and I ve never been disappointed the products are really good quality the clothing is well made and it s very extensive The wigs are excellent thick and easy to comb The customer service is great and they are very friendly They have a wide range of wigs from short to longer and they are top notch I also got a Sailor Moon jumper and it is very high quality sewn well and doesn t get ruined after washing

Honestly this is the first place I have ever brought a wig from and I can say that I m buying like 2 or 3 more I also got some cute horns as well which are really cool The wig is great quality the inside of it is nice it has clips and hooks to attach to the cap the cap came with instructions and that was really helpful as I had no clue when I looked at it at first The wig looks exactly like the picture as well me being from England I didn t have to pay custom fees either which I m really happy about Definitely buy from them the prices are great also
