Very unreliable

Very unreliable - 24 hours after ordering a bike for the second time I received a notification that the bike was not in stock despite the bike being available when I was handing over my money I have still not received a refund and I have resorted to reporting the site as a potential scam site via my bank - Appalling communications offering me a Grey Car in place of the Black Bike that I paid for I m really not sure what is going on with this service but for the moment it seems that they are glad to take your money but delay any refunds and won t provide the products I was informed that the bikes would not be available until the end of October more than 30 days after payment and therefore not eligible to return refund Communications seem automated but spelling and grammar errors suggest otherwise - they simply say A refund has been issued Well my bank account certainly does not reflect that and that s a MASSIVE concern Communication is fine before they have your money the bike is in stock five days delivery here is a code which doesn t work etc etc I think that the Support our Staff button which tips the staff a percentage of the sale out of your pocket of course is an absolute insult but I feel that at best they will prioritise orders that tip more and yours might just be brushed under the carpet or simply de-prioritised when they are running out of stock Really bad and stressful experience Aniioki need to stop this appalling sales site before it ruins their reputation which is already suffering as a result of poorly packaged bikes arriving damaged and a reluctance to communicate after they have your money I am out a hefty chunk of change with no indication as to when I can expect a refund if ever I have flagged the site as a potential scam with my Bank and with the F S B Federation of Small Businesses for the moment so that should forewarn a lot of folks who might otherwise fall into this pit of incompetence
