I visited the Animal trust veterinary with my sick cat Kit-Kat The non emergency appointment was arranged quickly and although it was difficult to find Dewsbury West Yorkshire The team were lovely efficient understanding and easy to talk to

Absolutely fantastic

I ve read the other reviews and I find it hard to believe going by my experiences at their Birkenhead branch Wirral They have a fantastic set up and a superb group of staff who are not only knowledgeable but both professional and very polite I was very concerned with my rats breathing so I contacted them as a lot of vets don t or won t deal with what they catergorise as rats to be exotic pets so I phoned them when they opened and was told to take them to them straight away and they were seen within minutes of arriving One of our rats was feeling unwell some months later and online they were very busy and booked up so I phoned our local branch who fitted me in the next day and their charge for medication compared to other vets are very minimal Their main interest is with your pets and they don t charge stupid fees like most vets I honestly can t praise them enough

Professional friendly and caring

My Bengal Kookee has had two holidays at Animal Trust in Bolton being admitted with a high temperature on both occasions I cannot fault the vets there for the care that Kookee received She was so well looked after and had a full range of tests to determine what was up with her I was kept up to date daily by telephone calls some times twice daily The vet Hana was particularly very informative when I spoke to her over the telephone There may very well be some waiting time at the vets itself but this is understandable in some circumstances Veterinary treatment has always been expensive and always will be given the length of time and cost it takes to train a vet before they graduate and then allowed to practice The only gripe I do have is regard to the costs of the medicines not necessary to have such large mark ups on vet medication

Animal Trust Bolton

The male vet at the Bolton clinic who I saw today was excellent My boy who is 4 used to be fine with the vets until he had a bad experience Ever since then when a vet tries to touch him he does let off a little growl However outside the vets he is the friendliest dog with anyone This it s self is nervous for the owner and also the dog On this occasion I took close up images in between my dogs paws where it was red and slightly inflamed and videos of how he has been licking and nibbling at his paws and scratching his snout The vet looked at all of these and then had a little look not hands on and was able to diagnose my boy He now has a cream and tablets for the next week or so And so far I ve noticed it appears to be working As he hasn t nibbled or licked hardly as much since he had the first tablet and a bit of cream on Showing pictures made it more of an easier experience for both me as an owner and the vet said it probably made the dog feel less anxious So much my boy wasn t even bothered by this vet and was the most relaxed I ve seen him in a while in the vets room This positive experience has eased myself as an owner of doing future vet visits should I ever need to take my boy again I certainly will be doing pictures videos in the future if ever required hopefully not as it made it much better overall Thanks again for the vet for being understanding regarding this

I can t fault the wrexham branch from the receptionist to the vet they have been passionate and kind They remembered our dog everytime we called and it just felt like a real personal touch We recently lost our little dog and they were so empathetic and kind

BIG BIG SHOUT OUT to Animal Trust at Bolton spoke to a lovely lady called Jade at 9 00am Friday morning and had an Appointment for 10 30am I was soooo grateful The vet who looked after Rocco was Klaudia who was amazingly kind and caring and know my Furry Fella is on Metacam for his Arthritis thankyou soooo much Paula and Rocco x

Animal Trust vets Safe Haven for our pets

Once again I m extolling the virtues of this amazing vets I always dreaded our Ginger Tom would one day get old and unwell but the burden has been substantially eased by the care and dedication of the vets reception and those staff working behind the scenes processing my insurance claims For a cat of 16 plus years Kiki is doing well and it s great to have a vets called Animal Trust who live up to their name On my visit today Janine on reception hope I spelt it correctly Was so amenable spending lots of time to administer to my needs making the whole process very easy Well done Janine The full car park I always manage to find a space is testament to the quality treatment and general service they provide I need not look elsewhere for vet care Once again you ve come up trumps I m very happy with the care Kiki has received Thankyou you re all brill

Friendly informative professional service gave lots of advice treated my dog and me kindly Staff all friendly They have a little candle on reception and a note asking people to be respectful if it s burning as someone is saying goodbye to a beloved pet-made me cry but I thought that was very empathic Only downside is the building in Shrewsbury is unbelievably echoey as all surfaces are hard and it makes it so noisy I don t know how staff bear it
