Really disappointing experience
Really disappointing experience ordering and shipping to the UK They don t tell you that you re liable for the customs fees when your order arrives in the UK So not only is it ridiculously slow shipping 10 days it takes that long for your order to get stuck at UK customs and then you have to wait even longer to receive an import bill before your goods will be released And good luck trying to do a return Never had an issue like this where the business doesn t cover the costs of selling and sending their goods When i raised concerns with customer service they just said it was my problem to resolve and that s how it is Buyer beware

Poor returns
Like another reviewer on here I purchased 6 t shirts of different sizes and want to keep 2 I posted my return after contacting customer service for the address in August and at my own cost 18 Yesterday I received my parcel back on my doorstep with a sticker on that says not collected in German When I contacted customer services they said that s a common problem from the UK and they only accept returns to their warehouse I am baffled that it has taken 4 weeks for the parcel to be returned to me when it has been to Germany and back again I am now out of pocket over 100 plus the postage to send it back once I am disappointed in this day and age that a company can have such a poor returns policy but take your money so easily in the first place

There return policy isn t good I received something as a gift and just wanted to size down They won t exchange it for me with out the order number Since they stopped putting paper in there packages I don t have an order number to return it and they won t help me they told me to please understand Very discouraging

Ordered items never arrived money is not transferred back poor customer service scam
Ordered 3 shirts almost 3 weeks ago Customer service communicated wrong delivery dates guaranteeing that the order arrives before I leave Of course the items never arrived I was offered to get the money back which I accepted within 2 minutes The day later company says they cannot transfer the money back It is a joke really actually a scam I opened a Paypal case to get my money back Customer service is very very slow and unable to address me with the correct name even

Bad product and even worse service
First of all their t-shirts have the worst shape I have experienced in my life The print is off center and the sizing is unconventional Secondly the service is HORRIBLE I had first bought a shipment of three t-shirts When I found out the fit was terrible I returned them in exchange for different sizes - or so I thought Apparently I could only exchange them for a gift voucher instead which I used to purchase the new sizes When I found out they too were horrible I returned them and chose Refund as my return method A month passes and no money When I reach out to their service they insist that I chose gift card - which I did not It is only when I present physical proof they admit that I chose refund but that is not possible since my purchase was with a gift card - which they forced me to do All in all a horrible experience bad customer service and absolutely ZERO flexibility Do not buy from this store

Ordered 3 items without reading reviews and now all I can think of is whether i ve paid over 250 to get nothing and also paid for DHL express shipping ordered on june 25 and has been radio silence there seems to be no available info on such an order Ridiculous that this is still a thing in 2024 Regret buying from a website I didnt know

Change of quality sizing bad return policy and non-existing support
I ve bought products from this brand before and while the experience was fine the quality was undeniably excellent However this time around was entirely different I ordered three items and two of them fell drastically short of the quality I expected The sizing was also completely off compared to my last purchase Adding to the frustration their website instructed me to print a return label but no label was provided not on the site or through email They clearly state that if I return the products they ll reimburse me including delivery costs Yet every follow-up email from support stated they would not cover the return fees which would cost me around 25-30 euros on a total purchase of just 80 euros This means I d lose about a third of my purchase amount just to return the items that didn t meet their own standards Support responses felt robotic with repeated replies that didn t address my concerns making the whole process even more frustrating With this experience I can t recommend or see myself purchasing from this brand again

It s been more than 3 weeks since they received all my returned products and still haven t received any contact or refund Stay away from this shop Horrible CS experience already sent 2 e-mails and got 0 responses At this point they are potential scammers If you have any problems there will be no one to help you

Cancelled returned and still waiting where s my refund
I cancelled my order before receiving the shipping information and requested a refund Customer service confirmed that I would get my refund but since the order had already been processed it was shipped to me anyway They informed me that I needed to return the package which I did promptly This process took a few days It has now been almost four weeks since then Despite multiple follow-ups I still haven t received my refund Initially they gave me a timeline of 14-21 days after receiving the return but now they re saying I have to wait longer due to a backlog of refund requests However no one can provide a clear answer on how much longer this will take
