Appalling Returns Service
Like other reviewers DO NOT purchase from this company unless you are 100 sure you are not going to return I had purchased a pair of jeans via Oasis online On receiving the jeans I decided that they didn t suit the cut and styling was bad therein my problems began The whole returns process is online and requires a code that you are not given with your paperwork I tried on several occasions to return putting in order numbers or postcode in a different format to no avail I finally contacted customer services via email yet more anonymous contact I was then given an entirely different code which only worked for Debenhams customers By the time I had worked out what to do I was outside of the returns window It is incredibly dishonest to make returning items so completely difficult I have since been in contact with Oasis to make a formal complaint about the returns process After suggesting that this compromised trading standards I finally received a response funnily enough they cannot get Another Sunday to respond them either Now no one will answer me and I am left with some rubbish jeans Appalling company and service and that goes for you too Oasis

Refund
I received my dress and did not like the material and returned on the 19th June I have emailed them 4 times with regards to my refund and I am still awaiting a reply and my refund Poor service and no contact number only email

They have the worst customer service
They have the worst customer service I have been trying to make a return through their returns portal but their system is not finding my order number I submitted a contact form and they haven t contacted me after a week

Poor quality clothes that fall apart
After only 5 months wearing the dress I have bought whilst I was visiting in the UK the dress was falling apart I can t believe that a 100 dress can be deteriorated in less than five months I got the same or even worst quality as I could have get in Primark with the difference that the latter puts prices according to the quality of the clothes they sell Very dissapointed

Terrible customer service and cheaply made dress
I ve had a terrible customer experience with this company I bought a dress through DP on receiving the dress- which was 65 I decided it wasn t for me it has really cheap plastic buttons and the plaque the buttons sit on was very thin I think I could buy something from Shein for a few quid for the same quality Returning it has taken me 26 days and and 9 attempts to contact them through their online portal and instagram I thought someone on Instagram was going to be helpful- said they would help and then didn t bother Waste of time I definitely would never buy anything from them again

Paid for return label - didn t arrive and no response
Paid for return label on 23 10 and haven t received it 25 10 despite chasing it several times - should be immediate As yet - no sign of any means of getting through to this company

Would not recommend
Ordered a top and a dress and only the top was delivered so I contacted customer service who said the dress was defective so it wasn t shipped they agreed to resend the dress Received second delivery which included the top again and no dress I contacted customer service again who said to follow their returns process and ignored the part about not receiving the dress - I advised will not be paying to return an item sent incorrectly and waiting for them to refund the dress This has been going on for nearly 2 weeks and I have had no response since Luckily I chose to pay by Klarna so the order is on hold until they resolve this

Had to go through the bank to get my money back
Awful experience Ordered 2 blazers on 15 Dec and received an email thanking me for registering with them Logging into my account thereafter the order constantly said awaiting fulfilment until eventually the website was down not found Emailed customer services in the New Year to ask for an update no reply Emailed again a few days later asking to cancel and just have my money back No reply Left with no choice but to dispute the transaction through the bank which was sorted within two days Another Sunday - please don t think putting heart emoji s in your out of office we ll get back to you within 72 hours message means that you can in fact not get back to paying customers you immediately took payment from and didn t deliver the goods to Awful way to do business
