Customer service were very helpful in booking my service Engineer called and advised he would be about 15 minutes arriving this was well within the time slot He was very polite and explained what he had done Can highly recommend and will be booking again next year

Communication was very good I was given a 2 hr time slot for when the engineer would arrive He called me 10 minutes before arrival Was quick efficient friendly The engineer talked me through the work he had undertaken before leaving Will book again for next years service

New Combi Boiler first year service

Was hoping to get my gas fitter plumber to service my combi as he fitted it a year today seems they don t want the little jobs so had to look up on interweb to do the service job as it is essential to keep the manufacturers warranty in order I did go for Any Gas Service as it had great reviews so booked online didn t want to pay online upfront untill I had seen the set up I didn t need to worry very modern set up very efficient good advice from service man time slot and text works perfect will be using again and recommending to others Many Thanks Mr P Evans
