TICKET 372089Months since request No body reached me out I have been using their tax service for 3 years now

There is no commitment from AOTAX on

There is no commitment from AOTAX on checking with customer whether TAX filing has been put on hold Instead customer has to follow up with AOTAX to ensure tax filling has been done Incase if they don t see required information they expect the customer to call back and fix the issue to proceed with tax filing I hope AO TAX team revisits process to validate the artifacts uploaded and digital signature process is integrated with the system correctly So incase there is any discrepancy AOTAX can reach customer and tell that esign has been not receieved due to whatever issue otherwise customer will assume e-sign is complete based on confirmation from the tool and assume everything will be going to be fine

These guys are the worst I have ever seenThey kept lying and told me in the middle of June that the tax was not filed due to absence of some documents They took the payment for the filing but they didn t file it I uploaded all the documents they wanted but still struggling to file it

Filed with wrong bank account details which costed me to pay Around 800 penalty on both Federal and Sate taxes

Your data is not safe with these guys Tax Scammers have access to my data now Started getting tax scam calls after submitting my data to AOTAX

Do not trust their process very bad service

They are the worst company to be trusted for taxation They may offer discount but not trustworthy Please refrain from using their services

very poor customer service not all the tax consultants are knowledgeable majority of them need to consult with their seniors to get answers rude person who picks up phone and is more concered about AO team time over customer service support sloppy while filing returns miss out ITIN renewals and other basic checks

This is the worst tax service I have seen I provided all my docs and there was a problem with my first draft so I explained them and they promised me new draft within 24 hours That did not happen in 2 weeks even replying their emails and tried calling them Every time you get email from new team leader and they never reply your email All their so called CRO are sitting in India and are no tax experts Do not recommend
