Customer support service failure
I purchased 3 Apeman action cameras 6 years ago and received great customer service I had an account with them and was in contact several times I have not logged in in several years Now I received an email to celebrate their 4 year anniversary go figure that I see they are now doing trail cameras I purchased the H80 When I tried to log into my account I couldn t remember my password so clicked the link and was advised tha I would be emailed a link to reset within the 10 minutes I ve still not received that email and have tried several times since I then tried to use the phone app to link by WIFI and the android version is not accessable I wrote them an email 5 days ago on their customer support site and still have not received any reply I tried to run the trail camera using 3 different battery sets 8 batteries in each Duracell industrial Duracell Procell high intensity and 2700 mAh rechargable batteries When the power button is turned on the screen flicks to life for 2 seconds and then shuts off I have once again sent emails to Apeman without any reply To say that the customer service has declined is a vast understatement

Purchased the APEMAN H80 several weeks ago and have spent most of this time trying the get the camera to work as specified Connecting to the camera via the App is hit and miss and connects when it wants to in-spite of good Wi-Fi The seller tells me to take a video How do I take a video from the phone when the phone is have a hissy fit trying to connect to APEMAN Really regret buying one

same as other person only noticed this company when I had a message from PayPal confirming the 6 per month subscription that has been taken Apparently they have been for the last few months I have never heard of them I have emailed them Lets wait and see Luckily I seem to have paid through PayPal

Don t waste your money and time
Bought a C550 dual lens dash cam from this company in May 2024 It worked ok for 4mths but then started buzzing continuously like an alarm clock The only way to stop it was to unplug it and let the internal battery die Sent two emails separate routes but no response after 3weeks Like the majority of the reviews here I regret buying from this Mickey Mouse company Although we re told that buying online is safe the truth is far from it I ve obviously wasted 60 and considerable effort installing this piece of junk BUYER BEWARE I blame myself to a degree for not remembering to check out the reviews of these scammers AVOID AT ALL COST Or end up out of pocket like myself

The clue is in the name Apeman this is a monky company avoid like the plague I was given the Apeman C860 dual dashcam setup for Christmas I got a professional installer to put it in and he had problems with the rear cable that came with it as it was shorting out and he advised me to contact the company This is their reply We are sorry that we have confirmed with the person in charge and we no longer have rear camera cables in stock to send And it is not possible to purchase rear camera cables separately for the time being SO NOT ONLY DO THEY ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR THEIR FAULTY PRODUCT THEY CAN NO LONGER SUPPLY A REPLACMENT CABLE I AM LEFT WITH A PRODUCT THAT I CAN ONLY USE HALF OF AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME
