APL were meant to supply us with printed tissue paper in 7-10 days 7 weeks later and we are still waiting despite paying upfront We are now trying to get a refund but it s like pulling teeth to get anyone to speak to you Worst customer service we ve ever experienced in 30 years of trading Best avoided

Orders not delivered

Ordered a few times but the current order went just terrible Emails ignored for weeks and production not even started after 6 weeks instead of delivery after 2 Stated they moved offices so they can t answer Emails Something that should be mentioned when placing orders and certainly not an excuse to ignore customers We moved to a different supplier

Used this company a few times in the past no issues Placed an order around 6 weeks ago Was told that order may take up to 3-4 weeks Paid up front and nothing has arrived Left Voicemails emails and no reply

Are you still in business

Used company before No issues very happy to use again Placed repeat order September 2024 and paid 468 upfront Two months later still no delivery Have given up calling and emailing to be honest Have left maybe 20 messages THEY NEVER ANSWER No idea what is happening Very frustrating
