Absolutely first class in every department I can t recommend Adam highly enough All round the service was exceptional but in particular it was great to feel as though I could call Adam pretty much whenever I wanted to and he would be available to answer questions offer advice or reassurance discuss and solve problems - or get back to me so promptly that no time was wasted or opportunities missed We really loved the feeling of the personal service - the reliability and the knowing that someone knew our case and its complexity as well as we did In what were incredibly difficult and stressful circumstances for us as we sought to complete the sale rental of our property and purchase our new dream home in a process that banks surveyors agents etc all seem to make unnecessarily difficult Adam and the service he provides was a breath of fresh air and made it possible for us to get what we wanted and we will always be grateful Thank you
