Scam avoid

They charged me for annual premium subscription and I never received it I contact them on chat and they never replied After 3 months they charged me again scammers AVOID

Stupid app 2 mounths to do simplky phrases i close the account and after they pick me other 3 mounths of premium account I hope you crash if you need money in this mode Less then 0 star

They bombarded me with spam I click Unsubscribe in every message - it doesn t help I started correspondence with support they didn t help me at all Just a nightmare marketing practices from the early 2000s

Cancel it is impossible The staff barely speaks any English and still refusing to issue my refund I want my money back

SO BAD

I requested a refund after 14 days but the app rather cleverly kept me on for another two days despite my request on the 14th day they deactivated my account two days after I contacted them so to charge me the 39 euros I am therefore requesting the refund as I contacted them within the 14-day period Also the app is very very BAD

Don t try to cancel

There used to be a standing joke about trying to cancel a Readers Digest subscrption - this is worse I took out what I understood to be a 1 month subscription without a renewal The first payment was taken by EWA s seller Paddle I then received notification that a further month s sub had been taken I queried this with Paddle and they told me to take it up with EWA After 4 emails trying to cancel and receive confirmation I discovered that a the App does not have a cancel sub optionand b it was also necessary to cancel auto renewal on the Paddle site Paypal were very helpful and I got refunded the 2nd payment The EWA App was just ok very poor sound on a lot of the videos but after this experience I will not be using EWA
