I ordered from curbside to go at the Mohegan Lake Applebees when I got home with my three orders they were not what I expected so my wife and I called and talked to the kitchen manager Ricardo He thanked us and he made us three meals him self and delivered them in person to our house I think that s fantastic I will definitely be going to Applebee s more often because the manager said that s the way to make things better by letting them know and I think that s great great job Ricardo you re a real standup guy

I love the all you can eat lunch salad

At the St George Utah Applebee s we had a very nice and very efficient waitress Jaden Very personable energetic young lady There really should be more people in this business like her She would be a fantastic trainer Who ever hired her did a great job Because of Jaden we will return often

I love the all you can eat lunch salad and soup at the Flint Mi area locations Just a fantastic value and fine quality The three locations I have visited were always clean and the waitstaff friendly and helpful I actually had the hostess open the door for me as I was leaving Can you imagine that The drink specials are great and the burgers are made with care I highly recommend the Fenton Clio and Owosso restaurants You can t go wrong Try the Shrimp salad with French onion soup you won t be disappointed

Ordered online at my applebee s in orchards Washington Wait time was exactly as i was told Arrived home and food was still fresh Steak and all sides were still at inhouse quality Promo of 1 shrimp was good Appetizer of onion rings breading still crunchy and attached Yummmmmy

I recently wrote a 1-star review because we had a terrible experience at Applebees on Mother s Day I am writing to update my review because I think it is only fair to let others know when the wrong has been righted Applebees called and they apologized and are correcting the problem to my satisfaction

I ordered curbside today at the 12 mile and Van dyke location 12 noon my server name was Frances It was my birthday and first time there so i asked alot of questions she was very knowledgeable of the menu She was very kind and patient She really takes pride in her job i will return Thank you Ms Francis i hope this gets to you u deserve 10 stars
