I wouldn t even give it 1 star Total scam It does not work they do not give you any reports nothing They said it would take 2 hours for for first reports I never heard from them again I have called emailed asked for a refund more than a dozen times nothing Oh they are from like Brazil or something you have to convert language to english and they say my boyfriends phone was in Europe as he was sitting on the couch
