I found Aquability honest from the start of the shower process ie things they said would happened did at the time they said it would I was told Malcolm Hackett would arrive at my house and was punctual set out what Aquability would do gave me a price and left leaving me to choose if I wanted to proceed with no pressure from them I agreed and Malcolm returned and finalised working drawings I was given a date for fitting which was adhered to Delivery was on time as was the fitting Scott arrived to fit the shower was pleasant and respectful to me and my property and cleared all scrap outside to be collected by a recycling company I am happy with the shower and my dealings with Aquability

New Fitted Walk in Bath

I am extremely happy with my Walk in Bath Simon wo fitted the bath and fittings was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing when bath was fitted he called me and showed me how everything worked and how to take good care of my bath He cleaned up everything and left the house clean He also explained to me that a company would be with me within 48 hours to remove the old bath and fittings the removal company actually were at my house at 12 30 the next day and removed everything could not have asked for a better experience Thank You

When we asked for an estimate to install a shower in our home we were visited by your representative who after an inspection and giving us an information pack gave us an estimate There was no pressure and he invited us to telephone him if we wished to continue Mr Mitchell called at our request measured drew an accurate drawing and we finalised the sale There followed delivery of all the parts required without our lifting a finger An electrician prepared the site The installation was completed in one day and the work area left spotless My wife and I were consulted at all stages and instructed on the working of the shower We dreaded having workmen in our home but were delighted with the high standard of work and also by the friendliness of your staff My wife and I would certainly recommend your firm to our friends A I Fennemore

Why Aquability I looked at various sites but this one had the most appeal The person who called to discuss everything was on time polite and not pushy The people who delivered where also polite and careful The fitters were fantastic punctual careful polite in fact you could almost forget they were there Thevworkmanship was brilliant in fact it looks exactly like the picture in the brochure All fitted in one day too I am very pleased with my new shower it has made a huge difference to me So pleased I chose Aquability

We found the whole experience from meeting the salesman to the installation of a walk-in bath excellent The salesman was very friendly explained everything in detail and was not pushy at all Delivery of the bath was quick and efficient The installation was carried out very well and professionally and took about half a day We are very pleased with the service provided and found the price of the product compared very favourably with other companies

The work was completed very rapidly and I am very satisfied with the work In retrospect I would have opted to have the taps in the other configuration that was offered but at the time I did not think through the implications However that is my error All in all my daily hygiene routine is transformed less painful and safer
