Annual Boiler service

Annual Boiler service Previous services done by a different company who let us down badly when we had a fault on our boiler AQUILA were recommended to us by a neighbour who sorted out our central heating fault very professionally competently We subsequently booked them for our annual boiler service - again their response to service request actual servicing was excellent Highly recommended

Faultless

From the start Aquila have been great Phil came out to give me a quote for a boiler replacement and was really thorough checking parts on the boiler to make sure there wasn t anything that could be fixed before jumping straight to a replacement He explained each part to me and how the system works and made some alterations to the pressure on some valves to instantly improve efficiency The boiler in question was really old and definitely in need of a replacement despite Phil s best efforts to help me avoid the cost The quote was the cheapest I received with comparable guarantees warranties and services so I decided to go with Aquila The work was done the following week by Pete and Luc They turned up on time and were really polite friendly and professional They too explained everything they were doing did an efficient and tidy job and then checked everything over before leaving to make sure the system was working Pete spent time explaining how to balance the pressure of my system if I found I wasn t getting an even spread of heat across my 3-storey house showing me how to do it Honestly can t fault anything from start to finish
