They use cheap low quality parts and customer service is so bad you almost think thst it is not a company operating inside of the EU I got this water purifier system and it worked great the first 3 months But then All out of nowhere it began to leak so I wasnt able to just use filtered water or straigt tap water Customer service said i should chance filter so I did still didnt selve the problem and now i noticed that the water purifier has a lot of rust spots and I dont use harsh chemicals for cleaning in My home so cheap China parts it must be And customer service only want to offer 10 on edvery complain on their bad products Would not recomend this company to anyone
