ARAG Agents are scam artists

LOL this is just a scam they dont care for you and after when u want to leave the issuarance they dont want to do it and keep sending u treats and bills this company is dangures shoud be terminated

ARAG Agents are scan artists they promise to be the most transparent and trustworthy but in reality they do not stick to the agreement Even after it being present on mail They brush it off stating that agents are not aware

Terrible customer service altogether

Dealing with ARAG legal insurance is basically a constant fight to be heard and answered rather than boycotted by their own staff Never available never updated details of their allegedly lawyers Poor advice and rudeness on the phone by some pseudo lawyers who mislead customers all the time Sometimes I have even felt discriminated but luckily all the cases defended by those lawyers I chose outside that inaccurate online listing have been won

The broker Livinton Soosaisanthar does not support you at all He just want money Also Arag will not support you They will tell please contact customer service by email or call but all of them are just wasting time and money

Just stay away It s quite unprofessional Their customer service and lawyers are not able to speak English Maybe they know but they don t speak I was talking with a lawyer she gave me wrong information I asked her to write unt tigskeitkl ge she told me that I need to call another number and she gave this number However this number was the one that I talked with customer service and they connected her to me So if you have a judicial problem it s definitely not the place that you can solve Never again I don t even want give a star but unfortunately I need to give one star In addition I already sent an email but still didn t get any response

Avoid this company especially when you are renting a house in Spain The landlors refer you to this one and you do not have a choice to change it as the landlord and the realtor decide which company to choose They ask for way many private information that is already out of their aurhority to ask DO NOT make the mistake of sending them extra docume nts because they work on an ARBITRARY basis and they do not follow their OWN RULES written in the contract
