They don t give back the money on the balance ad account
I decided to stop working with them and therefore to get my 6 000 balance back in their agency account It s been 3 weeks since they have to sent me my money when it should have taken 5-10 business days I don t recommend this agency you pay a lot per month and refunds are almost impossible

Beware of Scam
As with most that try their service I was banned from Facebook for doing nothing wrong I paid Arcane they got me the instructions but the VPN never had internet when I tried using it This happened 3 times Finally when it did work I followed their instructions and the Facebook account they gave me was locked for unusual activity They are a scam they have a terrible VPN terrible customer service and they sell you already locked Facebook accounts
