Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service bought a part which failed on its first use but because I m a reseller there is no warranty so I can t return Wont ever use this company again

Found this company online when looking for a replacement motor for a Seig Axeminster hacksaw only listing for spares that came up Ordered said motor 148 paid online with Cc sat back and waited Then received email and phone call asking me to agree to no guarantee as electrical items supply only 150 for something that comes with no guarantee Asking customer to agree to removal of statutory rights before sending Alarm bells ringing very loudly don t see how they can do this as I d already ticked t c which did not show any of this nonsense he said they were a small company and were being ripped off by unscrupulous customers using them as an exchange service Sounds more like they know stock is useless and are looking for mugs to sell to In over 40 years as a technician buying and servicing all sorts of equipment never experienced this type of service Very annoying as looked to be a useful company Will not be using ever again as customer service so bad Thinking of discussing with trading standards

Bought an ER25 square collet block

Bought an ER25 square collet block which was visibly a parallelogram against a master square Returned it and they said there was nothing wrong with it I don t need my honours degree in Engineering to tell me when a company lacks basic quality control I may as well buy direct from China and miss out the middleman which is supposed to be there for quality control of imported goods from China

Not interested in pre-sales questions

Phoned them to ask about quick change tool posts and there mesuring guide does it account for tooling that has a higher than average center height such as parting tools but once the rep head I did not buy one of there lathes he just kept repeating We cannot advise you as it s not one of our lathes Every time I tired to explain that this was a generic question he kept talking over me repeating the line until I hung up A QCT and all the holders I would need plus tooling would have been over a 200 order so I m not sure what the logic is What I do know is that you cannot count on customer support

Not quite as listed but delighted with purchase

I purchased a couple of T-Nuts code 130-011-00100 The dimensions are listed as A8 - C10 2 -D 5 8 - E12 8 but the actual dimensions measured by me are A7 8 - C9 7 - D5 0 - E13 It so happens that for my application the actual dimensions fit much better and I don t have to modify them to fit so I m delighted However as these nuts are listed as decimal millimeters you might expect a closer tolerance It might be useful to list an additional dimension of the longest dimension which I have measured as 13 9 Otherwise price speed of delivery and comms - excellent

Excellent service to Australia

I have recently placed two orders with ArcEuroTrade UK from Melbourne Australia I expected a wait of several weeks for delivery but in each case was pleasantly surprised to receive delivery within about one week Have just placed a third order and expect to again receive prompt delivery

I would like to say thanks to arc euro trade I rang up to purchase a collet block the day before they went on lockdown It arrived 3 days later brilliant service as usual i cannot fault them I have no connection with the company or anyone there Thank again
