Arena s business plan must read send out the wrong size and make it impossible to return the product Just received my returned teeny tiny trunks back from Arena because they refused to accept it no explanation Just do yourself a favour and avoid avoid avoid

I purchased three Arena swimsuits and one of them has faded drastically after wearing three times All three suits have been rinsed the same and treated the same but only one has faded I have emailed Arena to complain and provided photo evidence but they state the fading cannot be attributed to a quality issue of the fabric Strange when two of the swimsuits contain the same colour that has faded I am being blamed for not rinsing it properly storing it in a plastic bag or using an aggressive detergent I don t think so

I ordered some items on sale

I ordered some items on sale Some Final Sale some not One of them was described as 100 cotton while the label stipulated synthetic materials I tried returning some and not only my order number didn t work displaying a message saying I already had done a return but when I reached out to the costumer service I ve been told Please note all warehouse clearance items purchased at 20 or less are final sale and not eligible for return or refund Which is not specified anywhere on the return policy Some way to scam you

I am in shock - that there isn t someone in their corporate office taking notice of the horrible customer service and the awful reviews Seriously what is going on with this company My experience is just as bad as all of these other people but isn t worth explaining obviously - because this company could care less

Bought a swimming costume for my daughter It started piling after a couple of weeks of use Customer support believe that this is in accordance with their strict quality control Have asked for a telephone number 3 times and details of their testing - but to no avail Will not be buying arena products again Don t patronize with that answer I have a competitive swimmer daughter - I know how to look after a swimming costume

Horrible customer service and disrespect for customers

Horrible customer service I bought a racing suit from the series of swedish olimpic swimmers on the first day it showed in online shop It was on the 2nd of August the delivery time promised in the order confirmation was 5-8 working days After that period of time I contacted s the customer service several times via email or the online form First my mails stayed unanswered than they asked me to confirm my adress atough the adress they had in the system was correct I ordered before with the same delivery adress After more than 3 weeks they send me the delivery number with the message that my purchase will be shipped soon Two days later they apologize but the product is no longer available and they cancelled my order and I will be reimbursed Unfortunately the suits from the same series are no longer available so I remain with nothing

Item damaged and no compensation and no answer

Made an order and it arrived all damaged and then was sent to the shipping company that said it wasnt their fault and then sent back to the factory They say that after 3 weeks the item still isnt in their hands and now haven t been answering to me for 2 weeks now Just another scam

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I bought their santamaria white briefs I used them one time and the beach and the pool in Thailand and they turned all yellow with orange marks Several washes didn t help I tried contacting customer service but they said it was my own fault and that I had to read the product description next time I am not contacting them for fun I have other things to use my time on But the fact that they don t return or send a new product which cost them litteraly nothing is absolutely absurd and lack of respect for their customers who only buys their product Well I am buying speedos next time Goodbye Arena
