Non fidatevi Merce acquistata e mai arrivata Merce disponibile al momento dell acquisto e per almeno un mese dopo ma dopo la richiesta di spiegazioni del mancato invio della stessa la merce diventa non disponibile in magazzino per sul sito continua a figurare come disponibile diminuendo addirittura il prezzo Stranamente i soldi vengono incassati subito e non al momento della spedizione Nessuna possibilit di rimborso ovviamente Propongono merce sostituiva a quella non disponibile e dicono che l hanno inviata ma ovviamente non arriva nulla Denunciati all autorit giudiziaria dopo 6 mesi di prese in giro e dozzine di email scambiate per niente Dopo una breve indagine su internet si scopre che il sito prima si chiamava Aset Protection basta cercare su Google e si vedono i commenti negativi simili al mio Il proprietario del sito lo stesso a cui viene fatto il bonifico su questo nuovo sito Don t trust Goods purchased and never arrived Goods available at the time of purchase and for at least one month later but after the request for explanations of the non-dispatch of the same the goods become unavailable in the warehouse but on the site it continues to appear as available even decreasing the price Strangely the money is collected immediately and not at the time of shipment No possibility of repayment of course They offer merchandise that replaces the unavailable one and they say they sent it but obviously nothing comes Reported to the judicial authorities after 6 months of teasing and dozens of emails exchanged for nothing After a brief investigation on the internet it turns out that the site was first called Aset Protection just search on Google and you see the negative comments similar to mine The site owner is the same one to whom the transfer is made on this new site

They are not meeting the deadlines very rude
First of all everything in this review is my personal opinion I have ordered a backpack was informed that it will be dispatched within 3-10 days after payment It was not so I have asked when it will be shipped couple times every time I was informed that the order will be shipped on monday ask me for tracking number tomorrow you will get the tracking number today So far I have not recieved the promised tracking number So here is my opinion about this store They do not meet the deadlines they are giving to customers and customer service is just bad IMO Do not reccomend doing business with aresmaxima EDIT Backpack was shipped but from Israel So I guess it is coming directly from the manufacturer Great they did not even had it in stock My advice is avoid this storeEDIT2 Now I am recieving threats and insults What a great step forward from being passive-agressive

It was not obvious that items will be shipped from outside the EU which made the item price 30 higher The item arrived was different type than one pictured in the store Store explanation was that the pictures do not have to match the item so the return policy that can be used in case of wrong item sent can not be used By this logic they can send you basically anything

I tried to buy a helmet from them I paid immediately After 4 days of silence I wrote to them And then it turned out that it takes at least a week to send the goods they say everything depends on customs He said that they are Americans working in Ukraine and the shipment will be from Israel After I asked to return the money and cancel the order he began to be rude Most likely they do not have the goods in stock and they sell air on the website Let s see how they get the money back

I bought a coyote Marom Dolphin Fusion Carrier 1800 as of 2022 and it came pristine and feature-complete I issued the order on October 4th 2022 and I received it at my residence on November 21th I am unsure of where the warehouse brick n morter store the vest originated from is but i assume somewhere in Europe I ve heard Ares Maxima operates from Ukraine so I assume their products are also kept there I ordered the Fusion vest to Israel Marom Dolphin is an Israeli company and I think also has all their products manufactured locally at Israel but supplies from thier direct store had sold out and I needed wanted the vest urgently The reason a perfect review score cannot be given is the tracking system provided on the AresMaxima website is lacking as it did not reflect accurate location status of the package As a result the initial waiting period had been accompanied by an uncertainty of AresMaxima as a trustworthy vendor Rest assured As I previously mentioned i had gotten the item delivered to me at my residence after a mere month of wait during which Lyudmila and Jerome AresMaxima s sales people had replied shortly to all my emails and provided on-the-field updates on the status of the order Would definitely recommend and buy again from AresMaxima
