Waste of money I bought the solo 2 or whatever it s called The vape barely works can t even get a decent hit from it no wonder they don t do returns Do yourself a favor and don t purchase from arizer just save your money and buy a mighty what a joke

product good people bad
love their products but the customer service lied to me and argued with me instead of in any way addressing the issue this would be the fourth ive bought from them and now they dont accept any of the cards i have literally the same card i ve used within the last year try and reach out assuming it was a server issue or processor but the guy just argues and tells me to cycle my cache i found the same product with 100 of free gifts for 5 less at a third party site

This firm has no understanding of customer service or even warranty I purchased a Arizer ArGo while using this unit it gets very hot to handle Spoiling the enjoyment of use While their emails are not understanding at all They had me send back the unit for a replacement or repair neither one of these resolved the issue this unit GETS VERY HOT TO ENJOY even after they had me send the unit back re Warranty like what warranty Unit was sent back with the same issue I have no interest in trying to deal with a firm that does not provide any type of resolve My honest opinion for anyone interested in a purchase from this firm STAY AWAY FROM THEM as far as possible Nothing but garbage to say the least

Wow really stand up company
This company stands behind there devices After consulting with Arizer I got a device and because of my personal way of medicating and amount used it was not a functional device for my medical needs This was a very bad choice ON MY PART but to my surprise THEY stepped up and said we will take care of your problem Here s another device FREE WHO DOES THAT we believe will work great for your needs and sorry why my fault the other device not being perfect for you so they did And WOW DID IT I then also bought a 2nd one I am absolutely stunned by this company they are a great company IMO And I will buy from them over n over

Top quality product and after care not many companies can say that
I have a three Arizer products because of their quality of build using first class materials I due to my own fault dropped my Arizer Go from height and broke it I emailed Arizer and wanted to know the cost of repair Arizer said they would repair it under warranty even though the damage was due to my own negligence I sent off my Argo for repair and they sent me a brand new one with a brand new battery thrown in as well which was received within a matter of a few days Too many companies nowadays don t care once they have got your money but not Arizer Thank you again

Same as Simon I dropped my Arizer and smashed the screen Their Items is not easy to break and they are top quality products After sales customer support is just beyond highest standards They sorted and arranged a warranty replacement for me even it was my fault Super thanks for that I will keep recommending your products to every single herbalist I know

I was diagnosed with Lung Cancer last year Thought I d have to give up My favorite Herb Then I found the Arizer V Tower I loved it So much so I also got the Argo portable After a lot of use the on off button got a little hinky I called the vendor and asked what to do The vendor wasn t Arizer all they would do was throw problems at me instead of backing the Extended Warranty they sold me So I looped in Arizer The Vendor after I sent the unit back on my dime Decided to refund 2 3s of the unit cost none of shipping or the extra extended warranty All this took numerous phone emails and texts Finally Arizer had enough of the Vendor Scamming They upgraded me to next model up the EQ tower I m very Happy Still haven t seen anything from the scammers back into my bank acct
