The airline is very bad
Denying passengers and falsify records Denying passengers and falsify records I booked a flight from Delhi to Amsterdam The flight was split into 3 connecting flights and one of them was going from Dubai to Tel Aviv I arrived in time in Dubai with 3 hours to pick up luggage and go through customs before gate close Firstly it was difficult to find Arkias now Alternative Airlines check-in desk as they build their own security check area just in front of the check-in I had to stand in line more than 1 hour to be processed I was interrogate by the stuff about every detail about me and my travel plans When they ask me for my travel plans I said that I have a connecting flight to Amsterdam the same day and would not leave the airport Another stuff was called who came to inform me that transit passengers were not allowed to board They rejected my boarding They gave no other explanation or reason When I contacted the travel portal with which I booked the flight several days later they looked into the matter and reported back to me that Arkia recorded me as a flown passenger That is absolute fraud There is no option for foreign passengers to get in contact with Arkias customer service No e-mail whatsoever They are criminals

Stay away at all cost
The airline is very strange We booked out trip with mytrip and were never able to vericu the booking on their website when you call their phone a machi e tells you to write an email that nobody replies to Baggage policy is Not clear on the website and i ended up paying 143 for 10kg of my hand luggage at the airport in Tel Aviv Customer servise agenta were very rude None of the cabin crew spoke English and all announcements were in Hebrew So very hard to communicate All in all we got to where we were going but ended up paying way more than expected and being annoyed by the whole experience I recommend to avoid this airline it is not worth the trouble

TERRIBLE CS
Their customer services doesn t exist not by phone and not by the 3 or 4 different email addresses I ve tried Still waiting for my refund since almost 4 months ago now no one has ever gotten back to me or answered the phone or even for a much simpler request for a receipt in English finally managed to get someone on the phone after about a 1 hour wait just to be told I can t deal with it need to contact this number email This is just a bad joke they have a monopoly over domestic flights which leads to a joke of a service

Unfortunately I can t give lower than 1 star One of the worst companies I ve ever dealt with Forced me to put my small rucksack in the hold for whatever reason then they lose it No idea where it is and no urgency in tracing it Do not fly with this airline

Bad Service
Please please please avoid this airline at all costs They are known and famous for being horrible in every possible aspect and for having no customer service AT ALL they publish phone numbers and email addresses that are inactive it s not possible to get help online in any way and they will BLOCK you if keep trying to contact them Our 1 hour flight was delayed by almost 4 hours no notice we just waited at the gate This meant we had to get a taxi to the border at a high cost On top of that they lost our suitcase filled a report with no details gave us a number to call and an email address and then disappeared We were told we will get compensation if the luggage is not found in 1-2 days so we bought new toiletries - I tried calling and emailing EVERY DAY during my vacation - nothing When flying back I had to literally force into their offices just to find my suitcase waiting for me there No one called no one notified it would have been lost forever if I wasn t persistent I think it s pretty obvious but I will emphasize again - we got NO COMPENSATION FOR ANYTHING Not for the delay not for the lost lauggae not for around 150 spent on basics for my holiday nothing no reply in any form or in any way AVOID AVOID AVOID

the plane was late for 5 hours
The worse experience ever After the check-in the flight was delayed again and just to figure 7 hours later there is no air plane or craw to attend the flight The flight was cancelled but my suitcase was lost The next day around noon time the flight departured without letting the passengers know Claiming a full ticket refund was declined by the Arkia they said the ticket has been used So no flight no suitcase no refund for the ticket and absolutely no service whatsoever

Arkia is a Terrible airline
the plane was late for 5 hours employees were not able to answer questions and it is not possible to report problems their customer service is not working at all Furthermore they used a plane from an other company for this flight
