Rafael came to our business on behalf of the property mark audit for the company This was the first time our company has done anything like this and it really was a good experience We didn t rate perfect on this round but I now have the information I need to be able to ensure we get top marks on the next audit The whole process was really interesting and informative Been a member of property mark gives great credibility for our company and it s definitely a needed service to ensure all agents are dining from the same page and giving a fair and ethical service as an industry In my eyes ALL agents should be registered and regulated Looking forward to the next one and our goal it s top marks
