We love our new sofas

The service in the Marlow store was amazing we were just passing though and pushed for time so they helped us very quickly and sent all the details via email It was friendly and helpful not like they were trying to sell us anything The sofas arrived a few weeks earlier than anticipated and we were given plenty of notice of the delivery The delivery was smooth and the guys were careful considerate and clearly took pride in making sure the cushions were on and sitting perfectly We love our Henry sofas and they just get better all the time as the feather relax

The staff were very helpful and friendly Their advice was invaluable The quality of the furniture is exceptional and their delivery service was superb The delivery staff were so courteous and helpful - nothing was too much trouble We can t wait to get our new chair to finish our room makeover

Perfect Sofa after some initial challenges

We received our sofa a couple of weeks ago There was a small mark so we asked stainguard to come out and fix it As it turns out they sent us had water damage After some initial confusion and poor communication between the stainguard company and Arlo Jacob - Lissa and the team at Arlo Jacob stepped up to take responsibility and fully rectify the issue They issued two new cushions removed the damaged and did so in a timely fashion After the initial challenge communication from Arlo Jacob was prompt and clear and we really appreciated the extra mile they went to ensure they made up for the initial frustration Final and most important point - we are now very happy with the wonderful Agatha sofa that is perfect for our new home

Excellent service from our first enquiry about the chairs to the choice of fabric and finally the delivery of our new chairs We were kept informed throughout the process and were treated with courtesy throughout I would recommend Arlo and Jacob wholeheartedly

We bought 2 sofas at the Marlow branch of A J in September 2023 In store staff were incredibly helpful and patient The sofas were deliver about 6 weeks later in fact just into October We are delighted with the whole experience not to mention the product range 5 star service from the first approach to the point at which the sofas were delivered to our home Thanks Angie and Peter Parnes

I ve been so impressed by the customer service with ARLO Jacob I m based in Ireland was having difficulty with the delivery but Tracey at ARLO Jacob was so attentive and solved the problem for me which she didn t need to do You can trust that this company will deliver a great service even if you re based abroad Tracey deserves a medal Thanks again
