After seeing these guys on Facebook for a while I decided to give them a go For years I ve been pretty loyal with Bjorn Borg but Arlo has certainly changed that Really neat design with the horizontal fly and the fabric is lovely I ll certainly be picking up a few more pairs Great work guys

Placed an order with promised delivery

Edit to previous review Got contacted by Arlo they had an issue with their email system which meant that the normal process wasn t followed when they noted that the colour I had ordered wasn t in stock The owner of the company reached out and resolved my delivery issues The underwear is amazing and so comfortable as they state on their site I am so pleased that I held out and waited for them to arrive Special thanks to Elliot for sorting everything Here s my original review which doesn t accurately reflect the quality of the underwear Placed an order with promised delivery in 2-3 working days 13 days later 3 ignored emails to customer support Final pitch was to message via Facebook page to see if I get any response I m giving them another week before I claim cashback via my credit card Very poor customer service don t provide delivery dates that you cannot meet and choose to ignore all contact from customers Very disappointed Needless to say no longer disappointed Thanks Elliot for everything would happily recommend these to everyone
