Absolutely terrible experience My order was left completely exposed outside my house on a busy road which is neither safe nor secure When I contacted customer service they refused to take any responsibility and directed me to deal with the courier Yodel myself As a customer I don t have a direct relationship with the courier they do This level of service is completely unacceptable I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company Would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor delivery practices and lack of customer care

Not good quality beware of this seller

Firstly the delivery was extremely slow this took almost 2 weeks from being dispatched to actually receiving the order Once received the items looked good at first glance but are all hollow and extremely lightweight to the point the necklace and pendant sounds tinny when moving around this is quite loud and very annoying to the point it cannot be worn often The lack of weight and thickness also cast doubts on the strength and wear ability of the items long term I would not recommend or buy from this company again unfortunately All looks and no substance Edit contrary to your response I actually never complained about rude service as your staff were not rude at all until this response that is Nor did I threaten any negative review I am simply documenting my experience and opinion here Yes the dimensions of all items are displayed but the weights are not these items are made of extremely thin metal which of course will affect wearability and durability of the item I think your response here is more telling to potential customers about the type of company this is than my actual review
