Just awful and shady
Made an order a week ago and the items has not even dispatched Called to cancel and they said they cannot do that Even though the items have not even left the warehouse and I am within the 14 days guarantee Their cancellation process is very shady I cannot believe how a luxury brand acts this way Luckily I paid via PayPal dealing with this dispute

Disgrace
Placed an order for multiple items they took immediate card payment No dispatch notice received so emailed customer service Received an email saying it would be 3 weeks for delivery This meant I missed a birthday but advised person their present would be a bit late Waited 3 weeks emailed again received an email saying my order would be cancelled I would receive an email when my refund was processed and it would then be 3-8 days Refund still not processed they have now had over 100 of my money for over 4 weeks And I n ow have to reorder a birthday present obviously not from them Absolute disgrace

Wish I d read these reviews before ordering Terrible company Ordered on line email confirmation came through okay Few days later check my tracking number which doesn t work emailed customer services doesnt work Message them on social media days later they reply to say item out of stock when I ordered Asked for a refund said they would send back in 5 days 10 days later nothing Messaged again on social media to be asked all same questions Did a PayPal dispute in the end Took me a month to get my money back SCAMMERS

Ordered some after shave online as a Christmas gift They use DPD who days in a row provided a delivery slot then after arranging to be home and waiting for delivery they never even attempted to deliver to my house I spent over an hour complaining to DPD after the last attempt who promised they would deliver that day and then didn t again I contacted Armani beauty as my contract is with them and they weren t interested in helping Terrible customer service

Awful Awful Awful customer service Advertised a free gift which didn t arrive with my purchase Contacted customer service and was simply told they had run out of stock and didn t have to provide a replacement No help at all especially when items can be purchased on other sites for a lower price My advice is shop around You ll get a better price and better customer service elsewhere

Complained to customer services about the fact non of my debit or credit cards were able to be used on Armani web site and no help what so ever Contacted a director of the business who got an advisor to contact me who showed interest for a week then just dropped it and no further help Had a lot of news that low quality and possibly fake goods are being supplied so I ll leave this one

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Not worthy of even 1 star placed a high value order arrived damaged in what they advertise in a gift box being xmas it would save me having to wrap the gift myself i contacted GA customer services which initially said they would honour money back money off my next order for the inconvenience i followed up as i never received the code or partial refund after numerous phone calls and email chasers i am told that they cannot give money off as the damage to giftbox cannot be issued or a replacement sent out USELESS I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAINTERRIBLE SERVICE DONT CARE ATTITUTE SHAMEFUL FOR A BRAND LIKE GA
