This is the most terrible and unethical company It advertised on It s email marketing that a full size mascara will be given free as a bonus item if a full priced item was purchased On the same day I made my purchase where the item including the bonus mascara was listed at checked and also the finalized order and total costs However when I received the order the mascara was missing Upon various email communications with Armani s customer service the phone line is not available I was finally informed that the free mascara is out of stock and was reminded of their terms conditions - the fine print- that free gifts are subjected to availability It would have been great to be informed at check out before a payment is made that the free item is no longer available This is FALSE ADVERTISING AND CHEATING ITS CUSTOMERS I am offered to return for a refund however based on their refund policy I have to bear the costs for the return So in summary I was cheated into ordering the item then hassled by the 4 email exchanges with the customer service person asking for various information and finally if I chose to return the item it will be at my own cost UNFAIR UNETHICAL

Terrible and unethical company
Terrible and unethical company They advertised a free mascara and on the same day advertised I placed an order but it didn t arrive I battled to get any one to reply and when they finally did they were very dismissive and said there was no stock This mascara was still being sold online though so they clearly had stock I returned another item I had purchased and I am still waiting for a refund

Scam
I ordered a lipstick which was meant come with a free gift with purchase I know that the gift is subject to availability but it added to my basket then showed on both my order confirmation and despatch emails But the gift with purchase wasn t included in my order I see from Facebook that this has happened to many many others Do they not have a sophisticated enough system that knows what is available or was this just an out and out scam

The Order did never arrive
I did order on Black Friday some Produkt that did never arrive and there is no possibility to get any reply or reach via phone the customer service Very bad experience Unfortanately casing my money back via Paypal

Still awaiting refund after 8 weeks
Another shocking POSH brand If your order is correct you possibly will be ok although reading other reviews most likely not I returned product exactly as advised over the phone by customer service rep 8 weeks after - still no refund Emails sent phone calls made to no avail After nearly 5 weeks I am getting email that my refund has been processed We are getting close to 9 weeks and still no money back I am glad I paid by PayPal so at least they can step in Shambolic customer service One male customer rep was arguing that it takes 30 days for PayPal to process payment I mean why would you say such stupid thing Still fighting for my 40 back I would advice don t return anything Sell to your friends or family even half price will be better than nothing I ve got no product and no money Such a shame as my missus loves their product But not purchasing anything anymore from this website Avoid at all cost Pay more and go somewhere else

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS Absolutely shocking service received I placed my order on Black Friday I finally received my order on 3rd December but there were only the free samples in the box and not the actual aftershave Trying to deal with customer service now who are shocking and although she has promised me a refund I am not confident that I will get it ROBBING THIEVES WHO HAVE CLEARLY STOLEN MY MONEY

Ordered a gift set in their sale the delivery partner was Amazon who left it on my doorstep hence it wasn t there 8 hours later when I got home from work I ve tried to contact Armani -1 The free phone number on their website does not work2 The contact us form on their website would not send messages 3 I finally managed after 3 days to send a message via contact us - I received a reply to say they would be in touch in 48 hours4 Ten days later I have still not heard anything Absolutely horrible shopping experience and customer service they are supposed to be a premium brand please AVOID

Went in store and got colour matched and came home and it was way off They wouldn t let me take a tester home because apparently you can sue us or something stupid Then went to buy the right one and accidentally bought the same colour Rang them instantly and there is nothing they can do Not even cancel after 5 minutes AND I have to pay for the return Plus I used my bday gift code that won t work again if I do what they say and reject the package So guttered about the service for a well established brand
