I have waited 1 month and still havent got my money back from my return

Return policy is bad

Orderd a pair of shorts Tried to return them with the return lable that was in the box from armystar due to the size being way off One week later i got a message saying that i needed to provide further shipping info wich i did not have due to me using the previous mentioned lable Ended up paying 798kr approximately 70 euro for nothing

A month after ordering

A month after ordering I contacted you and asked what my items were and was told that there had been a mistake but that the items would now be sent Was offered free delivery by UPS But you wrote the wrong address the wrong tracking number and didn t give my email or phone number to UPS so they couldn t deliver The day before Chrismas I contacted UPS and they helped me so I could go to their drop off location and pick up the items This was on December 23 at 5 00 p m I ordered in the middle of November when it was Christmas presents now my grandchildren don t get the Christmas presents until after New Year Very boring

Did not look like the picture

The berett I bought did not look at all like in the picture They allow you to return it not even swap it but they charge extra for it
