Really bad service never again

Terrible service ordered 15 days ago said delivery on 29th never came said despatched on 24th then sent a message to say they will get to me next week early clearly never dispatched them can t get hold of them on phone not very responsive on email all I can say is don t use them

My purchase was not delivered to my house Lost my money

Used Armyandworkwear when I purchased an Overall it was not delivered to me The courier said it was delivered and sent a photo of a package at a house However this was not my house Armyandworkwear said it was delivered but not to my house and i lost my money Thanks Armyandworkwear good call Next time trust your customer not the delivery company As they sent you a picture that was not my house - was this no enough to give me back my money

Awful unreliable and unprofessional

Awful unreliable and unprofessional service Ordered an item two weeks on they kept saying it s on its way eventually after pressurising them they decided to refund my money but again it took a fight before my money was refunded Avoid them at all cost

NEVER received my item contacted them numerous times NEVER got a responsequite happy to take my moneyI do not recommend to anyone to try and purchase from this site

I ordered something from them and it was to big so I returned it for a refund and it cost me 9 for special delivery I have proof that they received it back but I haven t received a refund and they won t answer emails or the telephone so I have had to report them to my bank to get refund It seems that a lot off people are experiencing the same issues with this company Seems like they take your money but don t like giving it back I will NEVER use these rip off merchants again and I d advise everyone else to avoid them

Products out of stock yet for sale on site

Placed an order on 10th June for some caps that were for sale and presumed in stock as listed on their site Towards the end of July we realised we had not received anything Up until this point we had received no communication that I can find saying they were not in stock We contacted them and were told they would not be in stock until mid August Which is quite frankly ridiculous to place an order and have to wait over 2 months for it I asked for a full refund I am still waiting for this days later They take very long periods to respond I am yet to hear back from them from my latest communication

AVOID AT ALL COST

Ordered a pair of waterproof bib and brace overalls tried them on in my living room and they did not fit and was poor quality returned them for a full refund got only 4-40 back and not the 12-95 paid they claimed that there were mud on the trousers they had NOT been worn at all outside SCAM ARTISTS sping to mind

Ordered Thurs trousers arrived via royal mail 24 on Friday as expected great service tracking number supplied will use again
