Train suddenly goes to a different destination Sitting in the train from Leeuwarden to Stavoren on the screen says it s going to Sneek Once in the train and the train left it suddenly goes to Harlingen Costs me an hour of my time and no announcement but changing the train 5 minutes before departure to fo the different direction Unbelievable

I have to travel with this company every single day for 4 years already to get to uni The bus is never on time For the past week I have experienced this bus getting delayed over and over again resulting in a bunch of people waiting at the bus stop for over an hour for a bus that never arrives to pick us up

Thank God if you dont have to use Arriva
Thank God if you dont have to use their services Would have never expected such poor train management and deceiving information boards on every station Unless you have the NS app installed dont expect to receive accurate information on the stations Most of the time even the Arriva employees dont know what s going From a country priding itself for being the best is really ridiculous and embarrassing in my opinion Especially when you poses the level of technology the Dutch have available

Absolute disgrace MADE everyone board an overcrowded bus to Keukenhoff We had to stand- have mobility issues for a 45 minute trip Disgraceful service don t bother trying to connect with them online - when the auto response says they ll connect you to a human it s a lie Terrible company terrible service - never again

Do NOT trust
Do NOT trust that they will bring you to your destination Random cancellations in the middle of the ride despite whatever several apps promised you they will cancel the train and you WILL be stuck in the middle of nowhere for at 15 mins to an hour and that s perfectly legal It s perfectly legal to cancel trains on a whim because it has not many passengers it s perfectly legal and they don t owe you nothing Customer service is unempathetic und unhelpful Do not expect kindness when you re seeking help because you re in an emergency situation because your Arriva train made yuh strand somewhere for an hour Do not trust it if your need to be somewhere at a certain time

Trains overcrowded at rush hour
At rush hour the trains between Nijmegen and Boxmeer are constantly full to the point where you are no longer allowed in It s been multiple times now that I cannot enter the train simply because it is too full An absolute disgrace I cannot understand how this company is still allowed to operate when it s not fulfilling its duties
