Worse Travel Agent Ever Used
I would give this travel agent a negative rating if I could In November 2022 I booked a cruise through them sailing this September 2023 Multiple mistakes were made with the booking that have caused me several problems Trying to get these mistakes corrected has taken a huge amount of my time because the travel agent that did the booking will not return my calls or respond to my emails The cruise line will not do anything with the reservation since it was made through the travel agency I have never been this frustrated with any booking I have made in my life

Spammers who break privacy laws
They send random spams and refuse to reveal the source of the email addresses I don t dare to think what kind of other illegal activitities they are involved with

Warning Steer Clear of iCruise
A Warning to All Steer Clear of iCruise As a Sapphire Member of iCruise I expected premium service and trustworthy dealings Instead I was met with a shocking display of neglect broken promises and what feels like outright fraud Despite numerous emails and calls over several months my attempts to communicate with iCruise have been blatantly ignored This silence is a stark contradiction to the guarantees given by their representative Chelsea Tittle upon our membership purchase for USD 3000 The gap between the promised services and what we are now getting is not just blatant failure to uphold contractual obligations but a clear fraud My primary issue has been the complete inability to book any cruises despite having paid for this service This lack of basic customer support and refusal to engage in any form of communication has left me with no choice but to consider legal action It s clear that iCruise s continuous disregard for my requests for assistance is a breach of our agreement and the duty of good faith and fair dealing that should be inherent in such contracts This is a formal notice to anyone considering iCruise they have failed to respond or correct their failures pushing me towards initiating a fraud dispute through my credit card issuer The absence of a dedicated complaint department only adds to my concerns about the company s integrity and intentions I urge everyone to take this warning seriously I hoped for an amicable resolution but it s apparent that legal steps including potential litigation for breach of contract and misrepresentation may be the only path forward Avoid iCruise at all costs if you value your money and peace of mind Their behavior is not just unprofessional it s unconscionable and indicative of a company that does not deserve your business

If it sounds too good to be true
If it sounds too good to be true it s probably a bad deal This travel club is run through a highly reputable USAA bank However the travel company is highly questionable in terms of customer service and support Basically the airline changed the flight time causing the trip to be invalid I understand that the company has no control over this issue I contacted customer service for assistance The young woman on the call was friendly and rebooked the travel at an earlier time Once customer service informed me that everything was complete I got my itinerary and the service rep booked the first flight two days later than the connecting flight the trip was supposed to happen on June 13 but the rep booked the first leg on June 15 with the connection scheduled on June 13 I immediately contacted customer service again and was informed by a male agent that since it was booked within 24 hours of the flight I needed to contact the airlines directly to fix their mistake that they committed five minutes earlier After loudly expressing my discontent that I needed to speak with the airlines due to their mistake the agent reluctantly agreed to assist The agent then stated that there were no other options for travel on AA for June 13 I asked if they could book on a different airline and was informed that since they had originally used AA they couldn t change to a different airline I asked if they were exclusive with AA and the agent stated No we use multiple airlines to provide the best value However we can t change to a different airline since it was originally booked by us on AA I informed the agent to cancel my reservation and provide a full refund

Best Deals Travel and Arrivia don t deliver what they promise
Best Deals Travel is owned my Arrivia My membership was four months from the expiration date I was offered a deal of 7 nights in a resort and a 25 gift card if I renewed for 10 years at a cost of 500 so I renewed the membership Several weeks later I still hadn t received my resort voucher or the gift card I called member services and was directed to the reservation department I called the reservation department and was rudely directed to member services After four phone calls with no results I left a message on their member chat service that if they didn t contact me I was going to dispute the 500 renewal fee on my credit card Instead of calling me they canceled my membership entirely even though there we four months remaining

SCAM
The Philippine woman who called me Bea and emailed and text asked my husband and I to listen to a 45 minute webinar for Arrivia vacation After which we we would receive a vacation gift We attended the webinar and did the one on one after too and then talked to another person who verified our email and contact to send a free vacation gift It was supposed to take three minutes but two DAYS later still nothing This is definitely a SCAM Called the Bea lady back and told her what happened and she asked if we finished the webinar or cut it short I told her we did it all the way to the end I further explained what happened and she said stick to what I m asking you only I told her she was being rude and then she said to calm down Umm excuse me but I m not a child we were promised something and we did what was asked of us although we were on our way to work because she promised us a gift for doing so When it came to holding up their end they start being rude and don t follow through If this is the sales pitch and it s a crock you can only imagine what the vacation club is like Not trustworthy and a big lie Do not waste your money on this SCAM

I received a call
I received a call email and text from a woman named Addison from the Philippines who asked me to participate in a 45-minute webinar for Arrivia Vacation She mentioned I would receive a vacation gift and 200 after attending I attended the webinar which lasted about 1 5 hours and then I participated in a one-on-one session After that I spoke with another representative who confirmed our email and contact information to send the vacation gift Addison reached out again but instead of offering the initial 200 she proposed an additional 200 if I could get three friends to watch the same video I responded that I would appreciate receiving the first 200 before proceeding further but then she stopped communicating This is definitely a SCAM
