Just had a very eventful return from lanzarote however Arrow cars were excellent with the service provided Our pre booked taxi was there waiting for us even though we were over 4 hours late everyone we spoke to were helpful professional and we can t thank them enough

Our driver was amazing He picked us up on time having follows his route via the online map He helped us load his car from our car that had been involved in an accident and then drove us from Weston-super-Mare to Birmingham safely and comfortably I would highly recommend this company

I wouldn t use anyone else to travel to and from Bristol Airport They are always on time pleasant and courteous It is great as you always receive texts to confirm that they are on their way and when they have arrived and you can follow their journey online so can see where they are at any given time

I we used Arrow Cars at a Birmingham international Airport on return from a long haul flight Booking the taxi was easy we walked out of the airport paid the fare at the office and was in the taxi within 5 mins Driver was very professional car was impeccable We have booked arrow cars again for return airport transfers as we were so impressed I have used many taxi firms in the past all have provided a poor service I would recommend using Arrow Cars and I have recommended their service to many friends

Consistently excellent service Easy to use website and kiosks No hassle No chase-ups to control centres who tell you they re just around the corner It just works I ve used the service multiple times now and I don t see a reason to go anywhere else The most important thing is the drivers are ALWAYS on-time or early Pretty unusual for a taxi firm A couple of per journey more expensive but it s worth it for the reliability
