I was able to visit a friend who used Arrow Lift and was impressed I called to make an appointment and the representative came to our home the next day He was not pushy and told us the options we had We decided to go with them and are so happy we did They came in a few days and installed our stair-lifts The young man who installed them was very efficient and hard worker We are happy with the stair-lifts and will be able to stay in our home much longer now that stairs are not a problem

This chair lift is the greatest -- especially on a narrow carpeted stairway I am in 7th heaven hauling things up and down -- I can make much more use of the whole house The installer Ezra was extremely kind and efficient I love love love it
