They are not responsive
They are not responsive I called everyweek to get a return call and a document emailed and they never responded The call center customer service continued to give the same response that I should received a return call which never happen This has been the worst experience I am still waiting on my deposit refund

Stay away from Carrier AC sytems
WEEK 7 and still waiting for 1 blower motor from Carrrier I was sold on Carrier because its made in the USA Both of my units blower motors failed within 1 week of each other after less than 4 years Apparently there are no blower motors anywhere in the U S Carrier is clearly not able to provide parts to support what it sells you Even though the motor motors are covered under warranty ARS is charging me 600 to INSTALL EACH MOTOR CORPORATE GREED AT ITS FINEST ARS Allgood employee Scott has gone above and beyond to help

Frauds I purchased an HVAC system - PRICEY - ARS was Home Depot s contractor I had a one year parts and service warranty for the first year I then sold my house and - after calling 5 times with a promised callback from the warranty department never calling I was then told by a someone who simply schedules service that ARS warranties are NOT transferrable What a crappy company NEVER do business with them - and Home Depot also will hear about this

ARS Columbia is absolutely horrible They are rude and incompetent After 12 trips 15 technicians including the manufacturer representative the issue with my HVAC was not fixed and the corporate QA person told me to take my business elsewhere even though I had been a customer for over 15 years The management team is rude as well They do not care about the long-term customer at all Absolutely would NOT recommend them at all Cannot get anyone from the headquarters to return a call so guess the lack of customer service starts at the top and rolls downhill

ARS Rescue Rooters Miami sent unlicensed plumber to replace hot water tank He did not flush pipeline after installation and clogged up two bathroom showers every faucet kitchen sink and dishwasher It cost me over 7 000 to fix all problems They have very bad management Very bad customer service They all are rude and disrespectful They turning this great country to a 3d world country

Dishonest and terrible to work with
Would never recommend this company to anyone Came out to service our air conditioning with the goal of selling us a new unit When we refused they basically implied we were too stupid to understand technology Then a day after they came our perfectly working and relatively new hvac broke Their goal is to sell you new hvacs and provide you extremely overpriced services that they will try to make you need

ARS markets unneeded service After contacting ARS four times about a CO2 monitor a ARS technician and a sells person worked together in an attempt to convince us that our ducts should be replaced at a cost of 7 800 We got a second opinion and found that our ducts needed no work ARS has done nothing to address the CO2 monitor problem Disappointed Don t fall victim to the aggressive sell pitches for unneeded services Our first bad experience with ARS after a decade of good service

I just got a brand-new AC system installed that never worked their technicians keep coming apologizing a few times but can t figure out Please do not call them or refer them to friends or family unless you want to take a revenge

EXCUSES AND NO SHOW
Two days in a row we were told a tech would be out The 1st day they called and said he won t make it today Day two appointment was for 8am to Noon window At 1 30 called to find out what happened and was told tech was running behind apparently they don t bother to let customer know unless you call them Called twice after By 6 pm we just assumed they re not coming at all Wasted our entire day

Awful company
Awful company I have been using them for a few years thanks to Home Depot for having joint venture with them for installation of AC units etc Each visit they upsell try to sell surge protector additional services air purifiers new thermostat etc Then it s the same story each visit turns into something you need leak test more freon new condenser Also use unskilled workers rarely see the same person twice Last tech came for routine semi-annual maintenance of working system he left system inoperable not cooling and no one came back for 3 days in middle of summer July Again November here I am waiting for them promised 2nd day in a row with no show no call
