Shockingly poor quality frame
Delivery was prompt and well packaged However the frame that the prints came in were shockingly poor quality It was made of cheap plastic and flimsy wood like a frame I would buy from a dollar store - even the cheapest frames from Ikea are better quality The price of a 40 x 50 frame with print was more than 47 euros which is totally overpriced considering the poor quality of the frame Ruined what would have been a nice print I would ask for a refund but it s just not worth the hassle But I will never buy from them again

Very poor quality frames The ones from IKEA are much better quality for a fraction of the cost Tried sending them back but return postage is so high so not worth it Would never buy from Arteta again

Shockingly bad service
Shockingly bad service would definitely never recommend Delivery stated as 2-3 days order finally arrived 12 days later meaning that I have no gift for Christmas I would never have ordered from Artesta if I had any idea the delivery times would be so long Very poor customer service when I enquired into the lateness of my order I received very casual and patronising replies with Artesta accepting no responsibility or offering any kind of compensation A lot of unnecessary stress in the run up to Christmas that I really didn t need

Poor quality framing
I order two pictures from Artesta early in January Both took far longer than stated to arrive One picture had minor damage to the poster on arrival which I chose to live with because one has to look reasonably closely to see it The other was to all intents and purposes fine on arrival Unfortunately this second picture was destoyed some moments before I decided to write this review Apparently it s wooden frame was insufficiently robust to contain the poster inlay and plastic cover Thus it has just splintered into a number of extremely sharp pieces which I have recovered from the bedroom floor along with the plastic cover inlay and - now marked - poster Given that it is 11 26 pm I will vacuum the carpet in the morning to remove any residual splinters

Bought a large framed print from here
Bought a large framed print from here last month Though it arrrived promptly the quality is absolutely shocking For the best part 100 I have a flimsy frame that falls apart and a print on thin paper that waves under the crap acrylic The whole thing just looks cheap Not only that it arrived partially broken the frame issue and upon complaint was sent another - I don t want another I just want my money back but I m going to presume that s out of the question unless it s at my own expense Honestly I know these seem like a bargain but it s all just a false economy - spend a little more and get something you ll be truly happy to hang on your walls

Ordered 2 large framed prints for 150 They had not been received after 1 week despite having been shipped Only after emailing was I told that the frames were out of stock I have not received the refund despite being told it has been issued Do not buy prints on this website

stay clear of this company
I ordered three prints from this company - all portrait in shapePrint one - it was sit was supposed to be except the frame is not holding the backboard in place the little springs keep popping put and the print looks very wrinkledprint two -it was supposed to be mainly blue with a pink shape at the bottom it was all blue and wrinkledprint three was printed landscape cropping through part of the image and it also was very wrinkled Artest agreed to refund the full amount but have solar failed to dose despite telling me they had refunded When challenged I was told there was a techincal issue and Revolut were not able to process the refund and I should get in touch with Revolut myself after threatening to review the situation there was a little further action but still no refund Extending the deadline one more time until the end of play today before going through my bank to get my money backI conclusion I would say stay away from this company - they are useless when things go wrong

I buy a lot of prints and art as an interiors professional so purchased 2 framed prints When they arrived the quality was appAlling The frames were like cardboard and corners bashed and coming apart Never have i known a company make life so very diffiCult to return They wanted 7-9 postage charge to send 2 awful quality cardboard frames weighing 2 2lbs 40 miles away No apology Was referred to sn online form on their website which apparently i had to fill out It required inputting my bank details for my refund to be sent to Great except it wants an EU bank code which I don t have My bank is uk based but international Website says they re in London so Whats all this palaver about Finally email no customer service about the problem and get told now i have to email another company No explanation as to why who they are or what im supposed to say By now im suspecting this is an elaborate obstacle course designed to make any one seeking s refund give up as too frustrating and confusing So I ve now emailed their no customer service department the photos of the dents marks on the cardboard frame as they requested so i can eat for the rest of the month and not pay 9 postage for damaged item Ive also emailed this other company Ive needed 2 valium and downed half a bottle of wine to help with the stress and now they re completely ignoring me If you want some wall art Fyi is GREAT kurious is FANTASTIC and Densiono is EXCELLENT too If you want to save yourself ripping your hair out snd wasting your money Id really recommend you give Artesta a miss sadly Will update if this ever gets resolved which I m not holding my breath will happen Zoe Greenfield

Useless customer service
Shocking customer service I am trying to do an exchange and it s imposible as it does not give me the option to select the right size I have contacted them and they keep sending the same link and no answer I have sent an screenshot of what I can see when trying to exchange the product but Hess what They keep sending the same link Does anyone actually work there or is it just a stupid machine sending the same link over and over I won t shop again STAY AWAY from their rubbish company
