Definitely a scam
If I could give 0 I would Horrible horrible customer service I ve ordered a necklace which I eventually returned as very poor quality of how the stones were glued on This happened on May the 14th I ve emailed them after the said time on their website about my refund they responded 4 days later saying they ll give me an update the following day which was 2 weeks ago I ve emailed them again 5 days ago and still no response or refund or anything

Hello I placed an order on your online site 2 weeks ago I paid extra for express shipping and I haven t received my package until today I have already contacted the UPS service because they are responsible for the delivery of my package They told me that the tracking number is invalid and they cannot tell me where my package is at the moment Please send me a new tracking number Before we have to clarify this legally and I demand all my money back

Scam Do not order from this company they are a bunch of scam artists I made an order 10 days ago and I still have not received my item The shipping stated 1 to 2 days yet nothing has arrived I managed to track my item via Royal Mail and they said I have to go and collect my item from the depot and also pay for my order as the retailer didn t pay for the correct shipping rate Fraudulent shit
