Extremely Disappointing Experience with Art of WhereI had an incredibly disappointing experience with Art of Where that I feel compelled to share I placed an order with high hopes for quality products and timely delivery but unfortunately that s far from what I received Firstly the shipping took an unreasonably long time I understand delays happen but the lack of communication regarding the status of my order was frustrating Emails calls and even attempts to reach out via Facebook Messenger went unanswered The complete radio silence from Art of Where s customer service team was unacceptable To make matters worse upon finally receiving my order the items were not up to standard The color printing was completely wrong deviating significantly from what I had selected It was disappointing to receive products that didn t match what I had eagerly anticipated The most frustrating part of this ordeal was the inability to contact Art of Where to address this issue Their unresponsiveness left me feeling utterly ignored and disregarded as a customer Given the extended shipping time lack of communication and inability to rectify the mistake with the item received I cannot recommend Art of Where s services I m left deeply dissatisfied and regretful of my experience I sincerely hope Art of Where takes customer feedback seriously and improves their communication channels and service quality As it stands my experience was nothing short of disappointing and I urge potential customers to consider these factors before engaging with this company WISH CAN VOTE 0 STAR FOR SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY

Incredibly poor quality silk scarves

Incredibly poor quality silk scarves The serged edge looks just terrible I can t believe I am stuck with three of them The fabric is awful the stitching on the edge caused the scarves to be all bunched up and the shipping was so slow Never ordering from here again

So far I am happy with the service The quality is high The packaging is very simple but I don t need a box It protects It comes with care instructions It takes two weeks to get to Europe

So far my experiences with this company has been all positive A Canadian company that seems to emphasize natural fabrics and local production I have tried other print on demand services and have stuck with this company for their quality products and service

Art of Where thumbs up for this small shop

I have been working with Art of Where for about a year to produce many of the products on my Etsy shop and I am very pleased overall with the quality of the printing and customer care I love how nicely my products come packaged with my card included The colors on my products are vibrant and the fabrics are beautiful I am very pleased with the silk scarves the duvet covers and the bags but I may also introduce some beanies into my shop as I ve tried a few and they are very comfy I appreciate that it is a small shop that really seems to care about using eco-friendly processes and materials It makes me proud to be partnering with them It is a very different experience than the bigger production companies turnaround times may be longer but the quality is better

Grateful to be a customer

I ve been working with Art of Where for several years because the quality of their products as well as their customer service is excellent I also appreciate that this is an ethically-minded company which treats its employees well My artwork is showcased fabulously on their products in vivid color and detail and I m grateful to be working with them

Quality takes time

After having experienced shoddy badly made print on demand products from the major companies I thought I would try a better quality more expensive option I have had a great experience in the past designing my own printed fabric from Art of Where and was so happy with my new bedroom decor fabrics Being able to design the exact print and color I wanted was a game changer You can search endlessly for the right fabric only to find the ones you like are all 400 a yard Now I am selling the silk scarves in my Etsy shop and the quality is excellent They are truly handmade at Art of Where Yes they take a bit longer to make and ship but this is not fast fashion It is a luxury product that takes time to make and not something you can get at Walmart like the other print on demand products My advice is do not hesitate to purchase a few samples from them you will not be disappointed
