I had a recent purchase of a few items and am very disappointed in the quality of the clothing The joggers were quite thin and were poorly made Being 5 9 I was happy to see someone come out with a line of clothing for Men like me but unfortunately this was a big disappointment in quality

Very poor quality clothes I bought a shirt and a pair of jeans They were very expensive The clothes looked and felt like I bought them at a Walmart clearance sale I ll never buy from them again

Not worth the money

Not worth the money I ordered 3 t-shirts for my husband at a whopping 100 I figured I d splurge as he has a problem finding a fit that isn t too long in the torso When I received them one shirt had a hole it in so I exchanged It took a few days and me checking on it to even get a reply on the status of the order These t-shirts shrunk so much the are now unwearable Complete waste of

Can t seem to get our money back

We ordered during their BIG sale right after Thanksgiving 2022 The shirts I liked for my husband were on sale- 66 each with free shipping So I bought 5 When they arrived I realized he bought 2 of the shirts previously So we wanted to return 2 They have no working phone number even tho a number is listed on site Email to Customer Service takes them literally days to respond How can you run a business with no phone number On the website in lieu of returning item they offer to give you 6 if you chose to select another shirt Problem is after you chose that option and you go to shop The site is picked out and there is nothing available to choose Can t get customer service to respond emails go unanswered I feel ripped off

Terrible company

I bought some joggers that were paper thin The company has no working phone number and their email responses take days It too me a month after returning the items to get a refund Don t waste your time

Love the pants but the return process

Love the pants but the return process is awful I will no longer purchase from Ash Erie I can not get a answer on how to return My interest was to exchange the paints for a size and style that did fit but with such a poor experience on the return I have changed my mind Still waiting after 4 emails

Recently purchased a Henley tshirt and it started pilling after ONE wash This shirt looks like I ve had it and washed it for 10 years and I ve worn it ONCE Love the fit but the quality is terrible

Great Sizing but Poor Quality and Rigid CS

I purchased three Chino pants from A E After only two washes these pants looked like flour sacks Also the threads were unraveling on each pant in several places I contacted customer service to return all three pants for a store credit but the company only offered me either 25 off my next purchase or 50 in total I paid over 300 for the three pants on sale They were willing to replace the pants due to the unraveling thread issue but I am not pleased with the quality of these pants and would never wear them again so I declined I love the sizing of A E clothing but I am very disappointed in the quality of their clothing and the rigid customer service I will no longer buy from A E as I don t feel valued as a customer and they don t stand behind their products outside of the 30 day window

Worst Return Service I have ever dealt with

Ordered a XLarge Sweater it was the size of a medium at best tried to return they kept offering GCs and s of the return I was with in the 30 days and I ended up getting less then 20 00 back Worst Return Service I have ever dealt with
