Found Ashton Lee Surveyors by chance on a different review page went for them based on previous solid reviews Lee offers various products and after a quick phone call decided a level 2 home buyer survey would be the best option for what myself and my partner needed I gave the details to Lee and promptly heard back when the survey was completed and when to expect the report The report arrived well-on-time and honestly over-delivered the amount of detail in the survey was astounding nothing was missed It went through everything and more I highly recommend Lee and his services everytime

We recently had our survey with Ashton Lee and they were really quick and helpful We hadn t needed a survey like this before and we were so impressed with how comprehensive it was and the level of detail It s hard to know if you are getting your moneys worth especially if you haven t been through the house buying process before but we felt this was worth every penny Thanks all at Ashton Lee

Ashton Lee surveyor
Lee recently did a survey on a maisonette for me He did the report in a sensible no nonsense way listing any faults and highlighted in an easy to understand way anything that could be improved on the property and why it should be done I would recommend him to anyone and have already suggested to a friend he surveys a property they are buying
