Never received item

30 days ago I purchased a ice river ks3m asic miner I never received Asked to host machine but with sporadic support made the experience undesirable All I want now is what I paid for and I never received it WHERE AND WHEN WILL THEY SEND ME MY UNIT DO I HAVE TO GO TO COURT Oh and btw even my local branch manager of my bank says the case is still pending and cannot blame me for disputing the charges These vague ass people NEVER PROVIDED ME ANY SORT OF TIME FRAME OH AND WHICH YOU NEVER WILL PROVE YOUR CASE AND EVEN IF YOU DO EXPECT AN APPEAL IMMEDIATELY IN FACT I GOT ALL MY MONEY BACK YOU LOST DIDN T WANT TO GO TO ARBITRATION CAUSE YOU KNOW YOU WILL LOSE LIKE YOU DID

I hate to leave a bad review but so far I m not sure I m going to get what I ve ordered It s been just over 2 weeks and my order has yet to be fulfilled and they have no updates ASIC miners are not cheap and when you spend this kind of money they need to keep their customers more up to date on what is going on I ordered THE SAME ASIC from another company AFTER I placed my order with ASIC miners US and I already have it I ll change my review once I receive my order if I ever do receive it UPDATE Officially one month now after my order After sending several emails phone texts and messages on their site still no response It is my assumption that they have just accepted my money and disappeared Even if they sent the ASIC now the value is less than what I originally paid Most of these companies always like to blame the manufacturer Well guess what I didn t buy direct from the manufacturer I bought from you DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS

I had the best experience last fall

I had the best experience last fall when placing an order for a KS3M so when I wanted to add a KA-Box to the mix earlier this year in May I went back to Asic Miners US Initially everything went fine until Goldshell switched over to KA-Box Pro Asic Miners told me that I would be upgraded and would be notified when it shipped out Then radio silence On July 10th after two months of me trying to get an update they realized that there was an issue with the order and would REFUND my investment Again radio silence since then I realize that there may be 3rd party issues but the lack of communication is just terrible I even offered to transfer the investment to purchase a different unit It has now been over 3 months since they took my money and now they are ghosting my calls emails efforts to get my investment returned AS PROMISED I don t know what happened to these guys but I would not recommend this place to anyone at this time

Bad business

Spent 30k took a month for anyone to respond that they would request the items to be shipped or refunded 2 weeks later still no miners or money refunded Reached out daily and haven t gotten a response

Seemed promising at first but revealed as a scam

On April 1st I had a great phone conversation with the CEO about how his company was leading the future of the industry and how using an American based vendor for purchasing the miners was safer and more reliable Sounded good so I ordered five ASIC units at 34K paid in full the next day and so far have only received in my possession three of the miners The other two were sent to a site to provide hosting services which as of today July 21 have not been activated Additionally I prepaid just shy of 3K for converting those two miners to immersion cooling and for the first two months of hosting fees I have made repeated attempts to contact organization to no avail No responses to texts emails voice messages or phone calls AVOID any and all transactions with this company or any of its subsidiaries

These guys are scam artists

These guys are scam artists I ordered a 16 8k order in march I had to constantly reach out to them to get any update on my order They refused to respond to me until I messaged their CEO Andrew Gilton and their BOD member Tom Corker on Linkedin to get a response from these people A month ago they finally messaged me back to offer a refund and said it would be anyday Then they continue to ghost me on my almost 17 000 refund I m now looking into legal action as I realize they are just jerking me around on a refund I have proof of all this and if you would like to see reach out to me on linkedin at Brian Hettish from smu law school to if you would like to see our email chains the dates and my order I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM ASIC MINER US THEY WILL BURN YOU
