Updated review originally gave 3 stars because of a super long delay in shipping but since then the company has reached out twice with not only an apology and reassurance that their shipping delay issues are now resolved but they also gave me a generous store credit I ve never had that before from a company online Very impressed They clearly care about their customers

Ask Embla have an amazing selection of jewelry I was particularly interested in the Valar Saddle Hangers I have now ordered all 3 color styles They have a great weight to them and the quality is amazing I also had an issue with order and their support team truly went above and beyond to help me Very satisfied all around

Stellar Customer Service

I had ordered some saddle hangers in 10mm sizing and had upon receipt they were a tad small When I emailed their support team they responded almost immediately with questions and solutions for me I received my replacements within 5 days and they are perfect Their company and products are amazing and they re backed up with stellar customer service I will continue to order from Ask Embla until my ears fall off

Beautiful jewelry definitely not cheaply made very sturdy The customer service was amazing when one of my cuffs came with a defect I sent them a video and they promptly sent out a new pair I have made 5 orders with them and will continue to do so Great company with great products
