Worst Customer Service EVER
Worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced Have a Washer Dryer The product is good while it works however their after sales is APPALLING near on impossible to even find a contact number when you do get through to someone you have someone who simply does not care with no compassion and little regard for their customers on the other end

Offered us a refund in writing - collected washing machine - NEVER paid
offered us a refund on the washing machine that was under warranty and faulty - took washing machine and NEVER paid us the almost 2000 We are now out of pocket as we had to purchase a new washing machine and need to take them to court to try and recover funds Terrible They are also now ignoring emails

If I could rate with negative stars I would DO NOT INVEST in ASKO Asko I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with one of your products that we recently purchased We were steered by a salesman away from what we originally wanted to purchase to purchase an asko as he said in his words their products never fail We told the salesman our previous washing machine lasted us over 5 years used heavily on a daily basis serving a family of 5 for around 1000 cheaper than the asko unit He assured us the quality difference between the two was comparing a Rolls Royce to a Volkswagen Beetle We took his advice and not only trusted in this product but bought the high end version of both the washing machine and dryer for almost 6000 We took delivery of the machines approximately 7-10 days after we had ordered them The machines arrived in a new and satisfactory condition all wrapped in plastic and sat in our garage as we left for our holiday for a few weeks Shortly after returning we had the washer and dryer installed and were excited to use our new products The first wash all seemed to go well The second wash a small leak occurred which we dismissed as we weren t sure whether one of the kids had spilt something nearby and hadn t mentioned it The third wash the units door would not close We got in touch with Asko and were put through to a third party repair maintenance company The repairman came out and removed an O ring which was around the inside face of the door as directed by the asko technician via a phone call First of all we weren t happy at all that such an expensive machine required an item to be removed in order for it to function However nonetheless we were reassured once again by the repairman that they are a great machine and barely if ever fail The door closed without a problem and the machine functioned for the first few washes without a fault Then shortly after the machine flooded out laundry We d get one wash that worked then 2 that would leak and so on I rang the technician and was told ring asko I rang asko and was told a second repair would have to be carried out I strongly expressed my disappointment and discomfort in having the machine have a second repair carried out again considering it is brand new I said I wanted a replacement machine or a refund as this is a joke for such a high end machine that practically was handed to us dead on arrival He told me it is protocol to have 2 repairs to be carried out before you are entitled to a replacement or refund The technician came out he fitted the O ring and the door would not close he removed the O ring and the machine leaked I rang asko and said enough is enough and we want the machine replaced or a refund I was told that a new door will have to be fitted I again expressed to him that this is not right and we did not spend almost 3000 on a washing machine to have a replacement door fitted and the hinge shaved in order for it to close and operate We received a poor quality product from the day it was delivered We allowed 2 repairs to be carried out and still have no machine to wash our clothes We have been forced to use the local laundromat We expect a certain basic level of quality and service from both your company and your product a brand new high end product dead on arrival is been treated as a second hand 3 year old unit been covered by warranty The mental and physical stress this has caused us from not having a functioning machine having to take our clothes to a laundromat and take time away from our jobs for a technician to attend to the machine has been taking a toll on us both Numerous calls and emails a refund was approved A pick up date arranged only for a no show numerous calls and emails again only to be told they don t service my area and that I will need to wait up to 3 weeks or take the machine myself back to goodguys Took it back to goodguys now we re still in the process of chasing our refund Absolutely disgusting The service call line can not transfer you to any department it s only email to which they don t respond too Save your self the stress and don t buy an asko

NO SERVICE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND
Purchased a new build house with ASKO applicances ASKO combi microwave oven has a bad element and shorts the circuit breaker on every use - not just inconvenient but potential hazard ASKO customer service refuses to do a warranty call because we purchased the house with the appliance already in it not purchased the appliance directly STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND - Zero customer support available and the WORST customer support staff I have ever dealt with I don t know how they justify being a quality product

Average dishwasher poor customer service
Bought an ASKO dishwasher from Good Guys two years ago Wasn t familiar with the ASKO brand but was told by the sales rep it was excellent Was also encouraged to buy extended warranty Don t normally do this but took the advice of the sales rep Dishwasher has been ok - not bad but not fantastic either I think a mid-range dishwasher would do just as good a job However recently we ve had a few issues so in mid-November I called ASKO to get a service done Because we have extended warranty this was free unless the issue is a result of a blockage or poor maintenance on our part First call to ASKO I was passed off to an insurance company that manages their extended warranty After speaking to them briefly they told me they would come back to me with next steps The following day they told me ASKO had engaged a new company for all purchases after 2022 and to go back to ASKO So I called ASKO again and was passed off to a different insurance company Assurant The agent there had my name but no record of what I had bought or when So although ASKO have this info Assurant wouldn t help me until I could provide proof of purchase I found that and forwarded it immediately Another week passed and Assurant got in touch to say my claim had been approved and they would be sending a service technician A few days later I was contacted by a third party service technician who told me he would be able to service the dishwasher in two weeks time So I waited until today the day of the appointment and the technician didn t arrive within the 2-hour window he provided and as a result the service cannot now take place until January It would have been easier just to call a local technician to come and have a look at it and just pay the service fee Very frustrating experience Needless to say when we renovate our kitchen we will not be using ASKO appliances

1500 dishwasher and I got 3 years use before it died No help from AskoI purchased a dishwasher and did so as I was promised i would get 10-15 years out of it When my dishwasher stopped working suddenly after just under 3 years I was stunned i reached out to them and they told me it was out of warrantee and I should have purchased an extended warrantee I have since been told it is in excess of 800 AU to fix What a sham They were rude to me when i remained polite and they don t back up promises I would never buy one again I even had to call in a repair on the Asko rangehood just after it was installed Not good quality as promised

Terrible Delivery Experience with Asko Dishwasher - Avoid
I ordered an Asko dishwasher on 30 November and the delivery experience has been a complete disaster Here s what happened - 6th December Scheduled delivery was cancelled on the day because the driver was sick - 12th December Rescheduled for 7 30-9am but no one showed up I had to call multiple times throughout the day only to be told late in the afternoon that another driver was sick I was assured it would be delivered on the 16th and that I d receive an SMS confirmation the day before - 16th December No SMS was sent I called to follow up and was told the delivery wasn t even booked They rebooked it for the 17th and assured me again it would definitely be delivered On top of the missed deliveries customer service was terrible - Emails They responded about 50 of the time which isn t good enough when you re trying to sort out ongoing issues - Call backs Their system is a joke calls rang for barely a second and then hung up forcing me to call back and sit through long wait times It seemed like they were trying to log missed calls as call backs to tick a box This whole process has been incredibly frustrating The poor communication repeated delays and lack of accountability make me regret ever buying from Asko If you re considering their products beware you might be left without your appliance and a lot of stress

ASKO Customer Service is a Complete Joke
ASKO Customer Service is a complete joke We purchased a brand new ASKO washing machine in June 2024 and 3 months later it had a leak Took 2 weeks for a service technician to come and do an assessment despite sending them images of the issue with part number etc The service technician recommended we get a new machine and sent a report to ASKO to that effect ASKO eventually agreed and because we didn t want to take a chance on another ASKO product they also agreed to give us a refund Now this whole process sounds simple but all up took 2 months ASKO agreed to pay our washing expenses during the time we didn t have a washing machine We have sent them all our receipts and information and more than a month later they are completely giving us the run-around with refunding our costs This isn t the worst of it Two technicians sent by ASKO to remove our faulty washing machine capped the water pipe and told us that it would be fine for two days until our new washing machine arrived Well they were wrong The next day when we came home from work our home was flooded because they used the wrong cap and it split Water was in both bedrooms the bathroom the kitchen - basically only 3 metres from the front door was spared Yes we are insured but we will have 2 excesses and I look forward to dealing with them to try and reclaim this money Hopefully one of our insurance companies will have better luck in pursuing them

Oven warranty parts never arrive
Got a new Asko oven just over a year ago it had a short then the hot air stopped working Contacted Asko and a service person was sent around apparently a heating coil shorted at the back Parts were ordered I waited ages rang to find out what happened and was told the parts went missing new ones will be expressed out and be at the repairer by Friday next week or the following Monday at the latest Now on the Tuesday I rang no parts apparently Asko online says they ve arrived but the repairer doesn t have them We have to wait until tomorrow to hear the next empty promises as the parts team close at 4 in Victoria with Christmas next week when we need the oven
