One star rating is too high I should have looked reviews before placing an order After a month waiting for it to leave China then according to tracking it has been in San Francisco for a week still waiting to ship what a scam Find a better way to honor our heroes without expecting a foreign country to be on the up and up I wish I could cancel but I probably still wouldn t see my money It doesn t pay to order outside of the good old USA even if you do receive it the quality sucks

Total scam apparently many in the same situation as me Have received emails and even a video explaining that things were taking more than normal time Order a ring and paid the shipping fee July 28 never received Sad there are people like this willing to lie and cheat people out of hard earned money

Emailed them a few times about products No reply I understand that post maybe slow due to covid But I ve received multiple parcels from parts of the world quicker with covid post issues than my purchases from aspire gearI 100 support charitys that have any mental health products because I have and still do suffer and want to help as much as I can But feel my money hasn t gone to where I was made to believe it was going

Ordered ring on April 28th still waiting on it to arrive- of course they took the money out of my account the day after I placed the order No response to emails- response on Facebook page is a BS standard message Would definitely not order from again Of course they keep sending emails to order other stuff NO THANKS I want my original order first

Buyer beware This company has very poor customer service They re quick to charge you but when it comes to shipping and actually receiving your merchandise they are the worst Their website States shipping in 5 to 30 business days I ordered merchandise as a presents well over 30 days passed I tried several times to contact them although they list no phone number you have to use email When I was finally able to receive a response they claimed it was lost by USPS in shipping and offered to ship another one I never had any tracking information or tracking numbers that it had ever even been shipped

I wish I had read the reviews of this small business before placing my order It s been well over 45-days and still no order The COVID excuse has worn thin Sad that we all try to support a small business by purchasing what we thought were American made materials - I ll do more research and contact the Attorney General s Office for the state they have their storefront at While taking hard earned money from consumers like us is bad enough these low lifes use first responders and other worthy causes to reel people in Never again - sorry small online businesses - this company ruined it for you all - moving forward I ll only buy locally where I actually walk into a store

SHOPPERS BEWARE I would advise everyone to think twice about ordering from these guys I had placed two orders one on April 15 and one in early May After writing to them countless times to inquire about the status of my orders I finally got a response The response time is averaging 3 months The tracking information just stopped not knowing exactly where it stopped if it was in another country or the United States Turns out that BOTH orders had gotten lost Very disappointing because one of the items was a very special birthday gift for my friend s autistic son A firefighter support pocket watch This young man is fascinated and obsessed with firefighters I m beyond disappointed

I placed an order in May we are now in November I ve only received part of my order and the rest says still in transit 5 months later I ve emailed the company twice contacted them through Facebook and even replied to a newsletter from the company I m not getting an help with my order They took my money and now not helping me with my order I do understand with covid everything is much slower but I m sure customer services could have emailed me back by now to help me as I emailed them at the beginning of October I don t want a refund but soon I m starting a dispute to get my money refunded as it doesn t seem like they want to help me
