Buyers be aware that this is not a legit company I saw an add for a jacket on instagram that I really liked and blindly purchased without reading reviews I placed my order for a jacket and did not receive any update about order being shipped for over a week As I placed my order around the holidays I waited a week prior to me contacting the customer services with the assumption that the holidays might delay shipping After two weeks of not receiving a tracking number I requested a refund and was told there was a 15 charge after 24 hours of purchase Customer service responded to be emails and told to be patient as the item I ordered was a hot item and they needed more time to process order BUT they would expedite shipping Three weeks later I still have not received any update about order that included info of shipping tracking number Buy with caution that you might never receive your product
