Mark P was the surveyor who visited and he was the consummate professional He talked us through some complicated options but was always positive and left us with a great sense of confidence My elderly mum was not looking forward to the upheaval but she felt so much better after Mark s reassurance

Assisted Bathing made buying a bathroom and shower room extremely easy from start to finish Harry was my point of contact during the installation and he kept in contact every couple of days to make sure I was happy Fraser was my installer everything went smoothly as we were having 2 rooms done we had Fraser with us for 3 weeks 2 days altogether Fraser was friendly and extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble if we asked him a question he explained it thoroughly Highly recommend Assissted Bathing

Assistive bathing put in a main bathroom and two small ensuite and downstairs bathrooms this was all needed within a fortnight so really fast They were fantastic all the team from Mark who drew the plans to Tim who installed the bathrooms were highly professional and excellent Delighted the bathrooms look stunning and are perfect for enabling my dad to stay independent and safe I am so happy I went with assistive bathing and would recommend them highly to others Really excellent

Once I decided to have a walk in bath fitted I looked at my options and decided on Assistive Bathing the whole team from the salesman Ian to the surveyor Alan Warren who fitted the bath and John the electrician everyone has been helpful and efficient I have had great office support from Sharon who has kept me updated and explained everything along the way Thanks to all the team it couldn t be more fitting arriving on Valentines Day I m sure I will love it

I ve just had my shower installed by Kenny and it was installed really quickly and very professionally and I m so delighted with it and it was done to my specifications the sales rep Lauren was a lovely lady and really listened to what I wanted and needed The surveyor who came Eddie went over every single thing that I wanted and suggested a couple of different things that would be more beneficial to me which I hadn t thought of and he was right and I cannot recommend them highly at Assistive Bathing

The whole process was very easy Tony who installed our bathroom was amazing he was efficient and advised us about how he thought things would look better and he was also very polite Our new bathroom looks absolutely amazing we are very pleased We also told Tony this I would recommend Tony to any one who wants a bathroom installed

Very pleased with the new shower

Very pleased with the new shower fitted The surveyor mark petchey was very helpful in helping with the practical needs and requirements of producing the walk in shower we wanted The fitter Chris Ellingham was a pleasant person who did an excellent job and any problems he came across he sorted them without any fuss and told us what and why he did things and last but not least was Harry of customer service team who kept in touch with us on how we doing and was there anything we were concerned about He answered any questions we had and kept us informed on when things like the rubbish would be collected All in all very satisfied

Over the moon to be under water

We didn t use the on-line connections other than choosing the bath we bought The rest was done over the phone The office staff were brilliant as was the installations manager Harry the surveyor Alan and of course the fitter Tim It was all done and dusted very quickly The bath was fitted over 3 days with little inconvenience to us and even the rubbish was collected very soon after completion

My experience with Assistive Bathing was fantastic I needed a new bathroom because I ve been unable to use it for 2 years now But I was worried about being ripped off I reached out and Tara visited she was super helpful and explained all my options and made sure they were affordable Next Sharon called from the office and was lovely Doug then visited to measure the bathroom and he was in and out very quickly Then came the fitting Fraser was brilliant he made me feel comfortable managed everything and kept it all on schedule within 5 days I m really happy with the shower unit It looks great and has given me a bit more independence
